An article describing how states use database technologies to attempt to confirm the accuracy of information
contained on voter registration applications. Argues that federal law does not require this confirmation
process for most states.
2007 From Registration to Recounts: The Election Ecosystems of Five Midwestern States
Steven Huefner, Dan Tokaji, and Edward Foley with Nathan Cemenska
Election administrators and others in the policy community praised the book and it is now used as a textbook
at George Washington Law School.
