Selected Accomplishments: Converted one million square foot former heavy manufacturing facility into multi-tenant commercial and flex space. Supervised the asset and property management teams in the repositioning of eighty distressed and underperforming multitenant residential and commercial assets with a value of over four hundred million dollars.
