-Interaction: through the education 2.0 students and also teachers have the opportunity to interact in different ways by using the different tools that technology offers. -Acquisition of new skills: By using education 2.0 students can acquire different technological

-Handle of technology: not everybody knows how to manipulate technology and of course if we want to apply blended learning, teachers must be prepared and handle all the technological tools to teach their students how to manipulate technology. -Lack of motivation: students need to be motivated in order to achieve their goals in an specific course, and it is difficult for teachers to motivate their students by using a computer. -Irresponsibility: Students tend to not to take this kind of learning method not much seriously, because of the fact that there is no one supervising what they are doing, at least not in a physical way. -Distraction: Students can easily get distracted by all the different kind of information that exists in the web also they can easily get lost in a cyber world. -Access to internet: the internet access could be limited for some students because not all

skills that will help them to improve the way they learn. -Multiple acquisition of knowledge: Education 2.0 offers to students and also teachers a variety of technological programs in which they can improve the acquisition of knowledge and also they can improve the teaching and learning process by applying all those technological programs. -Collaboration: There are many websites which have the ability to connect administrator, teachers and students and at the same time they are helping each other. -Different applications: Web 2.0 offers many applications that help students and teacher to do a better and easier job, and all of this is doing with the intention to improve the acquisition of knowledge.

-Internet connection: The use of web 2.0 requires an internet connection and not everybody has access to internet. A final consequence of virtualization is its leveling effect. What gets leveled in the virtual world is the cost of product availability. (Noss, 2007) -Security: It could be a big issue because all the information that is only is exposed and it is a public domain. Also the users and their information are open to hackers. -Manipulation of technology: If teachers want to give technological instructions they have to know how to do that and they have to handle technology first and then give their students the instructions. -Lack of information: Teachers have to know what kind of information they are going to present to their students because it has to be the right kind of information.

IT (Instructional -Improvement of learning: By Technology) applying instructional technology teachers can stimulate and improve the way their students learn and acquire knowledge by giving them instructions. -Motivation: Teachers can motivate their students in order to success in the process.

2. HOW TO DESING A LESSON PLAN ONLINE BY USING THE WEBQUEST.

A web quest is a lesson format in which most or all the information that learners work with comes from the web, this is a tool that helps teacher to design their teaching and learning methods in a better way and all of this by using technology. But how are they going to design a lesson plan by using the web quest? First of all, for designing a lesson plan online teachers have to know how they are going to apply this tool (web quest) with their students, they have to choose an specific topic which is going to be developed online, also teachers have to choose the academic level for the web quest, and what is the real purpose of applying this tool to their students, also teachers have to set the goals that they want their students to accomplish with this lesson plan online. Then they have to select the correct information that is going to appear in the web quest, they have to give clearly and specific instruction to their students about how they are going to use all the information in order to accomplish the goal that the teacher have already set. A web quest is divided in six specific and essential parts which are: task, process, resources, evaluation, and conclusion, and each of this part have to be developed in the right way, also in all of this parts the teacher has to give the right instructions and also the right kind of information. One important thing that teachers should keep in mind at the time of creating a web quest is what kind of information they are going to post and also how they are going to choose a good source of information, it s important to take this in consideration because all the information that is going to appear in the web quest will be a public domain and it will help not only students but other teachers as well, so that is why the searching of information must be carefully.

3. HOW TO DEAL IF THERE IS NOT TECHNOLOGY IN THE CLASSROOM.

Sometimes the access to internet and the technological tools that we need could be limited and that is when we have to apply a plan B. For example if we are in a school and we want to teach a class of computation but there is only one computer for thirty or forty students, so what are we going to do? It is a really complicated question and it seems to be impossible, but as I said before there always should be a plan B, and in this case the plan B will be: -Giving some instructional pamphlets to the students about how technology works, and then we as teachers should explain students the information about the pamphlet, but how is going to be the dynamic of explaining this information to the students, well there are many dynamics that we can apply, for example a round table to discuss the information that we have already given to the students, so in this way students can give their own opinions and also they can interact with their classmates and share their ideas between them, and when we are doing this we are creating interaction among the students. - Also with that one computer that is in the school we as teachers can make some groups of students and take them to the place where the computer is and show them how they can use technology also they can practice one by one using that one computer, and that is how they can keep in touch with technology, also by doing this dynamic we are showing to the students that there are other ways to interact with other people beside the traditional one which is face to face interaction. Trying to explain how technology works without having technological devices is actually difficult but not impossible, there are other ways to explain that, of course it would take more time and more dedication, but it is not impossible.

4. DIGITAL RESOURCES THAT HELP ME TO IMPROVE MY PLE AND PLN. In order to improve and expand my PLE (Personal Learning Environment) and my PLN (Personal Learning Network) I have include some extra applications or social networks that I have found on the internet one of them are: Diigo and LinkedIn. -Diigo, is a free social bookmarking that have been created with the purpose of creating and sharing information, Diigo allows you to save your own information, and by doing this you can create your own virtual library, also you can share many documents, virtual books and personal notes with colleagues and friends, beside that you can organize all the information or documents that you have by using this social bookmarking, this is an excellent tool that I use to improve my PLE but also my PLN, because through Diigo I can share my information with many people around the world. -LinkedIn, is a social networking, which helps you to improve your professional network, this is the most professional social networking, because it allows you to create a professional profile, also you can contact other professional people that have the same interest that you have, beside that by using LinkedIn you can make a job searching by keeping in touch with some companies. This is an excellent tool that helps e to improve my PLN because through this social network I can create my personal profile and also make new professional contacts that will help me to improve and expand my professional network.
