Internship Experience It was market research cum sales project where I had to track the growth of the newspaper, interview a lot (around 500+) of people and find factors for growth and suggest them with pointers to help them grow Intensive travelling Rural and sub-urban areas U.P. might not be so appealing a location for many candidates Business head of U.P. West and Uttarakhand They make you work real hard ;)

Its a rigorous but greatly valuable opportunity for those who wish to make a career in sales and marketing. It might not be so glamorous to survey in the rural and suburbs but then this is where the actual market lies.

Also incorporate sales and marketing in the ERP. Customize ERP according to business needs. Developed better knowledge of marketing, what actual sales are and a lot more information on marketing, what it is about. Improved grip on Microsoft excel since it is required on a regular basis. Learnt a lot of new ideas about marketing. Since it was a business that newly started, it was not very structured. It was not process oriented either. This learning centre was in a niche state. This was also an advantage because it was flexible and the schedule was not very harsh. Was able implement her ideas which helped the growing business.
