We have over 100 fully decorated, 2 foot to 7-1/2 foot Christmas trees & wreaths on display throughout the building. For your convenience there are tables around the Festival where you may purchase raffle tickets to try to win a tree or wreath! See the back page for details on THE WAY IT WORKS and view the list of trees in the center of this program.

I wish to take the time to thank a lot of people and companies who have sponsored trees and to those that have volunteered endless hours to make this years event a success.

Our trustees who put in endless hours such as Glenn and Deb Foley, Karen Widener, Peggy Kelly, Bill Tate. Pauline Smith, Jane Licht, Linda & Bob Rennie and Paul Brodeur.

This years village will be featuring a few professionals competing from Bella Cakes of Marlborough and Sudbury Farms/Roche Bros. and also some amateurs* participating ! * Stop by the village on Saturday to see how you can participate !! The professionals houses will be available in a Silent Auction Entries will be judged on creativity/originality/craftsmanship/degree of difficulty & theme. Winners will be determined by judges appointed by the MetroWest Festival of Trees.

* To win one of the over 100 trees & wreaths on display you will need to purchase tickets! * The price is $5.00 for 10 tickets & you will only need to give your name & phone # and/or email address once for every 10 tickets. * Any and all gifts under or on a tree go to the winner of that tree. * Purchase tickets at the table behind admission table and from other tables throughout the Festival. Credit cards purchases may be made at the main raffle table near the front entrance only! * Each tree has a box/can in front of it where you can deposit one or more tickets! * We will draw the winners at the stage area, on Sunday, Dec. 15th at 5:15 p.m., right after the Festival closes.
* 2 tickets will be drawn for each tree, with the 1st one drawn the winner. If someone wins more than two trees, then that person will have to choose the ones they want & then the other tree will go to the next ticket drawn from the box. If that person has already won 2 trees, than we will draw a 3rd ticket. * We will attempt to notify all winners within hours after the drawing!!!


No one may win more than Two Trees !

* Trees/wreaths won may be picked up Sunday night (15th) until 10 pm! and Monday (16th) from 9am-9pm. Trees/wreaths won must be picked up by Monday Night (12/16) at 9pm.
* Trees can be shrink wrapped to take with you, or you may bring boxes to put your decorations in & we will supply you with a box for your tree.
