Inspection Requirements When an aircraft is required to have a physical appraisal, at a minimum the following information is required. Complete review and condition report on all of the following: Airframe Logs (should initiate from first delivery date) Engine Logs (should initiate from first delivery date) APU Log (if applicable) Verification and copy of FAA Airworthiness Certificate Verification and copy of FAA Registration Confirmation of present day: Airframe Hours Engine Hours Total Cycles Total Landings Comment is required on both Damage and Non-Damage history of aircraft. Information is derived from both Logbook review and interview with flight and maintenance personnel. Condition report on both the exterior and interior of the aircraft. This report should provide comments on: Exterior paint condition, when was aircraft last painted? Airframe condition, are there any dents, cracks, corrosion or other noted irregularities on the airframe? Window condition, any cracks or other signs of weakness? Leaks are there any fuel leaks or hydraulic leaks? Jet Engines are there any cracks or excessive wearing on fan blades, other noted problems with engines? Turbo-prop Engines, what is the condition of the propellers, are any leaks visible or other problems noted? Interior condition of cockpit and passenger cabin, when was last upgrade. Condition of De-Ice equipment, are there any cracks or other signs of fatigue shown? Inspection report should confirm that a complete set of engine and airframe logbooks exist from the conception date of the aircraft. All Log books should be in English, if not they will gave to be translated at the customers expense.

Any and all available documentation including computerized versions 2) Registration and Airworthiness Certificates 3) Any open maintenance discrepancies on aircraft 4) Any outstanding Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins 5) Point of Contact for operations and maintenance Determine if aircraft is flyable with or without a ferry permit Required Aircraft Documentation Attain the Airworthiness Certificate Attain the Certificate of Registration Attain all maintenance records, including any computerized versions Attain the airframe, engine, propeller and if applicable the APU logbooks Identify the parts tracking program if applicable Identify MSP, EMS or power by the hour program with contract number if applicable Attain the equipment list Attain the weight and balance list Attain all FAA 337s, STC documents, FAA 8110s and FAA 8130s Attain the avionics list Note any recently completed maintenance and/or overhaul actions Attain current airframe and engine hours and cycles (landings)
