    The village has poor health conditions with only one government hospital and three private clinics, of which only one has an MBBS doctor. The staff at the government hospital and two clinics are limited to dispensers and compounders. Most respondents in a survey of 200 villagers expressed dissatisfaction with the limited facilities and lack of specialist doctors. While the population is large, there is no ambulance service and patients must travel to Sheikhupura or Lahore for emergencies. Cleanliness at the government hospital is very poor with no hygiene measures. The hospital also provides little medical awareness or advertising about epidemic diseases like dengue. Villagers are generally dissatisfied with the efficiency of the health center and staff.

    health facilities, and unhygienic measures. No awareness about the healthy and clean environment. You would be answering the questions while using different medical terms/words as much as you can. So it could look technically a medical report.

Location Area of the village Q: Total health centres in that village: There is only one govt. hospital in the village. But along with this there are 3 private clinics are working as well. Only one clinic has a MBBS doctor, rest of the clinics plus govt. hospital has staff up to the dispenser/compouder level......................... Q: Name of the pointed health centre Q: Total number of employs Q: Education of Health centres staff Q: Efficiency of staff as well as health centre Q: How much that health centre facilitates the people????(Public views). Talking about the satisfaction of the concerned people was checked personally by interviewing the local people and through a ten question based questionnaire, taking the sample of 200 respondents. Majority of the respondents were with the negative point of view and the average of the whole data showed the tendency towards unsatisfactory state. People were of the view that the facilities being provided are not up to the mark. As the village has a strong number in population, there is no MBBS doctor, or any specialist. In spite of all these, the patients are directed to DHQ Sheikhupura or to Lahore in any case of emergency, and there is no ambulance service in sever conditions.

There are no measures taken by the hospital management for the hygienic atmosphere................ Q: Either that centre provides any precautionary/medical awareness to the people?????

    Q: Either that centre provides any paper advertisement/awareness about epidemiology diseases like dengue and etc. There are no efforts taken into consideration for the awareness of the people about epidemiology diseases like dengue, malaria and any viral diseases............. Q: What annual development government takes? If any pamphlets is available; should be attached . Q: Either people is satisfies with the efficiency of centre /staff or not??
