The IMBA offers an integrative perspective of the organization. It is a unique program featuring a number of guest speakers from around the world who come and share their knowledge and expertise with participants during very interactive sessions, exposing them to best management practices. Because of its exible, part-time format, the program allows participants to pursue their professional occupations while completing the program and therefore minimize any potential disruption for both the student and her/ his employer. The program welcomes carefully selected participants as well as teaching staffs coming from a wide variety of academic and professional backgrounds. These backgrounds are not only diverse; they are also complementary and combined to make the IMBA a unique opportunity to learn from each other. This is not only a year where participants learn a great deal, this is for them a career-changing move, a year where they tremendously grow both from a personal and professional standpoint.
OBJECTIVES
The goal is to better prepare participants to be effective global managers who can understand the overall environment, organization, employees and the customers. Participants will inherently learn to be more effective cross culturally because of the international diversity of their classmates and their professors. The IMBA curriculum not only put the emphasis on the theoretical and practical aspects of management but encompasses on how these techniques should be adapted and applied in various parts of the world. More than focusing on core business competences, the IMBA is on the cutting edge of executive training offering a dynamic environment and a culturally diverse student population. The IMBA 11-month executive curriculum, targeted for working professionals, will be taught on Friday and Saturday. It represents a unique opportunity to gain and strengthen skills that will enable them to be more efficient on the global scene.

RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Participants must provide the following documents with their application form: > a cover letter > 2 letters of recommendation After examining each application form, successful candidates will be interviewed, either face to face or by teleconference for international people in order to evaluate their professional project and inner motivation.
