Note: (This longwinded answer is an actual answer to the above question posed by this curious new contact) I am the acting POW-Abby Coordinator until a new permanent coordinator for the new chapters confidently takes the bat like a star and I can go back to snoozing on the bench. We are forming chapters as quickly as possible all over Canada, the US and internationally. I prefer to just point the way and then get the heck out of the way and let a woman do her work! Not coincidently I chair POW-WWIIIHQ (Pronounced POW-WICK!) whose emblem symbolizes the Maiden Keeper of the Flame of Life & Remembrance. POW-WWIIIHQ (Wick) is an organization which is responsible for providing Intelligence Reviews & Assessments, Due-Diligence and Investigative services for POW Chapters and providing organizational guidance and coordination for building their capabilities and community action plans. POW-WWIIIHQ (WORLD WIDE INTERNATIONAL INTELLIGENCE & INVESTIGATION HEAD QUARTERS) is funded by self and Grants & Generous gifts from local chapters which preside over their own Endowment NPO Foundations. POW-WWIIIHQ is intended to function as a Voice & not a Command for the fully autonomous & fully independent (Irregular Armies) POW Chapters. This is kind of like the perfect marriage of Resistance leaders with an Intelligence Chief who offers A Guiding hand & Assistance without assuming the Power to Demand! Having designed the concept of POW for quite some time I never initiated the implementation phase until now when I realized that the "Systemic Predation of Women & Children" is about to magnify exponentially in the coming alleged financial melt-down. Usually I can See over the horizon for years ahead of the curves but this present imminent situation caught me napping as I was distracted with writing and business. Sorry for the delay...! The World is in an awful state and the situation is about to go sideways (In my and many others estimation) and Women & Children always are the most to suffer. My hope is to expand POW now and prepare for the worst through fundraising and endowments and internationalization of savings and investments. I am seeking dynamic Amazons Warriors like Warrior Princess Zenas to carry the torches for their local POW Chapters and prepare to make a difference NOW instead of just suddenly waking up like everybody else when suddenly the streets are literally rolled up and normal commerce becomes impossible for months or years! Men typically are terrified and cannot even contemplate the sheer destruction of a continental Land Wasting economic melt-down by the obvious impending US currency collapse (Debt & Derivative melt down). Women however are more expansive in their thinking processes and can prepare for a dangerous eventuality instead of just freezing like A deer caught in the Semi-trailer headlights! Men's brains freeze up even at the mere suggestion of a catastrophe and they suddenly become incapable of action to save themselves. The unfortunate Women who depends on a Frozen Man incredibly wont even realize that they are standing next to him under the illusion of a false sense of security because FREEZE is tragically miss-taken for; STAY CALM Everything is going to be just fine! (Stun-gunned Male thought processes = Communal Suicide!)

Men are not panicking even in the face of justifiable Clear & Present Dangers and this disarms Womens Nest Egg Protection Instincts. A Woman understands that Panic & Hysteria is evidence and a clear verifiable sign that an impending catastrophe is imminent. (Women are equipped with Panic & Hysteria for a reason!) I was in a meeting with a highly respected male Real Estate agent and he had no idea (Denial) that a Cyprus situation is imminent in Canada! Legislation just passed in Canada called Bail-in Laws! Banks in Canada can now legally potentially seize any bank account to pay the losses on someone elses defaulted mortgages or loans when the impact of events south of the border cripple the Canadian economy! This includes RRSPs girls! Nothing is sacred! There is no limit on a failing Banks reach as all depositors are interpreted as: Willing investors fully cognizant of the risks and dangers of embarking on a joint venture! My quotes. Bank managers are being booted out of neighborhood bank branches because they are naturally caring persons and have made the mistake of express an un-willingness to wield the Bank's self-preservation battle axe! (My Bank Manager was suddenly replaced by a jaded and chiseled female guard straight out of Ravens Brook!) When a man goes bad we know that he is usually just acting like an idiot and isnt hurting anyone but himself; but
