The Open Eye Theatre was founded Lemon-Ginger Fried Chicken
in 2000 by Michael Sommers and
Susan Haas. Both Sommers and Haas
have worked in theater for over
thirty years. The Open Eye Theatre
creates grand theatrical events
manifested on an intimate scale.

In planning the show PPL staff

partnered with the Summit-
University Planning Council, Ramsey
Hill Homeowners Association and the
area block club.

Over 70 people attended the show

and thanks to the outreach of PPL‟s
community partners nearly half of
the audience was from the
surrounding neighborhood.
