DATA AND RESULTS COMPONENTS:

TOPOGRAPHICAL DIAGRAM:

PROCEDURE PROPER: To start the experiment, first we connect the variable DC power supply, the Red wire from, the V+ source to ports 1, 2. Then the OUT1 should be connected to the gate, Then we connect one resistor R2 paralleled with the capacitor. The connection of the resistor R2 paralleled with the capacitor should be series with the inductance. Then connect the midpoints of the resistor and the capacitor to the output switch port 4, connecting the other inductance terminal to this point. Now we turn on the De Lorenzo Module. After turning on, we switch the PWM select switching knob to the PWM out1.

On the Image, we can see the sequence of the load waveform and the Switching regulated output. The load being the red line and blue being the switching regulator output. The Switching regulator output varies independently with the use of the PWM Switch. Also, we can see the effective voltage which is 1.697 V and 4.85V The PWM switch varies the output voltage. On the image one, we can see that the switching regulator output is only at the minimum point, so the load waveforms forms a almost perfect square wave with a large PWM Switching scale. On the second image, there is a drastic change of waveforms. This is due to the PWM Switch being at the maximum point. We can compare the waveform from the first image. First, the switching regulator output is noticeably larger in terms of time for the second image. But larger in divisions for the first image. The load waveform also has a lot of difference. Peak of the second image is less compared to the first image, but has a larger PWM switching. Next, we proceed to the second part of the experiment. We first set the specific value of the variable input voltage to 5 volts, having it base in the measures we see in the De Lorenzo unit. We first connect the R2C1C2 +L2 Load and had obtain this output.

Next for the R2C2+L2 Load.

FOR THE R1R2C1C2+L1 Load

And Lastly, For R2C1C2+L1+L2 load

We can drastically see the differences of the output base on the connections implied with the PWM switch. We can see that R2C1C2+L1+L2 load and R2C1C2 +L2 Load has the same output wave form, it only differs from the effective voltage. All other images also prove that the effective voltage output varies differently in the kinds of load we use. In the other hand, the loads characteristic also takes shape of the output voltage. This is due to the theory that some parallel connection lessens the output. And series connection increases the output
