Candidate should enclose following documents along with the hard copy of application form a) University copy of Bank Challan. b) Attested Xerox copy of Mark list of Master's Degree, c) Attested Xerox copy of the Caste Certificate in case of Reserved Categories (if applicable). d) Attested Xerox copy of the Medical Certificate issued by Civil Surgeon in case Persons with Disabilities (P.H.) candidates (if applicable).

Incomplete applications will be rejected without assigning any reason and no corespondence will be entertained 5. The PET examination will be conducted in English language for all faculties and for Arts & Fine Arts, Mental Moral & Social Science, Commerce, Education, Phy. Education faculty & Geography from Science faculty in Marathi language also. 6. Online registration process will be treated completed only after receipt of Hard Copy of application form along with necessary documents. 7. Candidate should fill-up the online application form and must send hard copy of the Application form along with above mentioned documents by post(prefer speed post)or personally(by hand) on or before 6th November 2013 to the following address.
