We will be covering a wide variety of show stopping numbers that you know and love from
High School Musical to The Sound of Music. Join us for the FUN!

Release Statement:
In accepting the above student(s) in the BAPA program, the undersigned parent or guardian hereby agrees to
indemnify and keep harmless the British Academy of Performing Arts and its employees against any and all liability of
claims, judgments, or damages arising as a result of participation in our program, or as a result of any course of
instruction or supervision given to the participant by BAPA. Furthermore BAPA is not responsible for the supervision
of participant’s either before or after the participant’s regularly scheduled class time. BAPA reserves the right to
photograph and videotape programs and participants for training, advertising, promotional activities, and any other
lawful purposes. Any child not picked up 10 minutes after class time will be sent to the After School Program.

Payment and Refund Policy

Tuition is due the first day of the class. Payments not received by the 2nd week of class will be charged a $12 late fee.
Once registration is complete and tuition fees paid, your child’s place will be securely reserved. Deposits and tuition
are non-refundable. We will not issue credits or refunds due to missed classes and there are no make up classes
available. BAPA follows the Cobb School County Calendar. In the event of inclement weather BAPA follows the
public school closing procedure. A $25 charge will be applied to all returned checks. Enrollments are taken on a first
come first served basis by completing the form below and submitting it with payment.
