Losing of a Chosen Genenration Depression in the Youth Posted on October 27, 2012 The Losing of a Chosen Generation:The Door to Door Peace Initiative-Stephen H. Muhammad Behold, I stand at the Door and Knock This is the spirit of recovery that we have recently entered into. If you have noticed, this body of articles has been built around a study of the Youth, and learning strategies to serve them and provide the needed support to win them back If Pharoah has kidnapped our Young, we need understand how to maneuver this very critical situation in that we can be successful. What does success look like in a scenario like this? Most people that I talk with are under the illusion that our young people are lost and too far gone. Again I raise the question, How could this have happened right under the nose of a Parent? The Holy Quran and Bible both speak of this day. The Quran teaches that Every woman having suck will forget her suckling It is almost impossible for a mother to forget her baby, especially one that is feeding from her breast! In fact, it is not natural. So,

how do we understand this prophesy? Today, Young Mothers are too busy for their babies. They need to live their lives and need Grandma to cover their responsibilities. They are leaving their babies on Church doorsteps and in dumpsters and such -literally forgetting the child. This is happening right here in America (the most civilized Nation of Earth?) These are indicators that something is very wrong in Society. So wrong that it requires a Divine Intervention. In fact, these kind of activities are preludes to the Intervention of God Himself! How does this relate to todays Youth? In the History of Pharoah and the Children of Israel, the Elders were asked to do something by God and they made excuses. There are Giants in the Land they said, illustrating a kind of fear that was the result of being under Pharoahs rule for 400 years. How did God handle this? He employed the generation that was seemingly lost and they (being different from their Parents) went in and occupied the Promised Land. Meanwhile, the Parents were made to wander in the wilderness until they died out! THIS IS WHERE WE ARE IN HISTORY! We referenced the Colt in one of our last writings. Jesus instructed his Disciples to go and untie the Colt and bring it to him. Then later we see him riding into Jerusalem on an Ass. Hint. The Colt represents the learned of our Youth, and the Ass represents the Unlearned Masses. This represents to us that we have to make the effort to engage and work with our young

people, or WE will be left without (Parents/Educated Black People). Please Hear Me Behold, I stand at the Door and Knock illustrates the effort of Jesus to engage with his people to let him (new thinking/perspective) in. You would think that he would not have to even make the effort, that people would recognize him and go to where he is. But evidently something had gotten between Jesus and His People. Currently we are making the effort to engage with our Young people (and others) in a Door to Door campaign for Peace! The Honorable Elijah Muhammad stated that our People are buried in their Homes. We have gone out into the streets following the lead of Minister Farrakhan all throughout this Country and attempted (successfully) to just talk with our Young People. Remember, their major complaint is that they feel isolated from the Community. This is an easy fixright? Only if you see the kind of value that Jesus would see in a people that appear to have no real use. Can any good come out of Nazareth? We are hopeful that more will take an interest in this effort, and start the work of going home to home, and street to streetBrick By Brick is what President Obama said during his first run for President. But this is not Governments job beloved readers, it is Ours. Please contact us at 877.657.3738 or e.mail to akronmosque@yahoo.com.
