ThisBookingandTicketingPolicy("Policy")setsforthproceduresthatmustbefollowedbyanyTravel ServiceProviderbookingand/orticketingairtransportationonUnitedAirLines,Inc.,anycarrierd/b/a UnitedExpressasapplicable,(hereaftercollectivelyreferredtoasUnited,unlessthecontext otherwiserequirestheprovisionshouldreferenceonlyUnitedAirLines,Inc). ThisPolicyisincorporatedbyreferenceandisapartofanyapplicableagreementorarrangement pursuanttowhichTravelServiceProviderisauthorizedtoactonbehalfofUnited,includingbutnot limitedto,theIATAAgentAgreement,andtheARCTravelServiceProviderReportingAgreement,to whichthisisaSupplement.Anyofsuchapplicableauthorizingagreementsorarrangementsisreferred tohereinasan"AuthorizingAgreement".Unitedmay,fromtimetotime,provideTravelService ProviderwithinformationUniteddeemsappropriateforTravelServiceProvidersuseand/orknowledge inbookingand/orticketingairtransportationonUnitedandsuchinformationwillsupplementthis Policy. TermsandconditionsoftransportationonUnitedarealsocontainedinUnited'sContractofCarriage. TravelServiceProvidersshouldconductbusinesswithintheparametersoftheAuthorizingAgreement, thisPolicyandtheContractofCarriage.Intheeventofanyconflictbetweensuchdocuments,the foregoingdocumentsshallbegivenpriorityinreverseorder,suchthattheprovisionsofUnited's ContractofCarriagecontrol,whereapplicable. ThisPolicyappliestoallTravelServiceProviders,whomaintaintheresponsibilitytoensureallofits employeesandcontractors,inallofitslocations,complywiththisPolicy,includingfutureupdatesand amendments. ChurningExcessiveorconstantbook/cancelactivity. CorporateTravelDepartment(CTD)TheARCApprovedCTDisintendedforthepurposeof purchasingcarriertransportationandservicesforitsownemployees,owners,andofficers.(i.e.in housetraveldepartment). CRS/GDSComputerReservationSystem/GlobalDistributionSystem. Impossible/IllogicalBookingIncludes,butisnotlimitedto,bookingsforthesamepassengeron concurrentflightsthatflyinthesametimeperiod,onornearthesameday;multiplebookingsfor thesamepassengerbetweenthesameorigin/destination;duplicatebookings,orbookingswith connectionsthatdepartbeforethearrivaloftheinboundflight. 22. InactiveSegmentsFlightsegmentswithintheCRS/GDSPNRwithstatuscodesHX,NO,SC,TK,UC, UN,USorWK. 23. MarriedSegmentsAtravelitinerarythatcontainsatleastoneconnectionbutwhichissoldasa singleorigin/destination. 24. MetasearchSiteAnInternetwebsite(ormaterialportionthereof)thatobtainsfaredatafromair carriersand/orothertravelservicescompaniesandaggregatessuchfaredataintoanintegrated displaybaseduponusersearches,andthendirectscustomerreferraltraffictosuchaircarriers and/orsuchtravelservicescompaniesforbookingonsuchaircarriersand/ortravelservices companiesownwebsites.Fortheavoidanceofdoubtandwithoutlimitingthegeneralityofthe foregoing,thefollowingareMetasearchSites:Kayak.com,TripAdvisor.com,Bing,FareCompareand Fly.com.ThePartiesintendthatanyfutureinternetwebsitesthatfallwithinthisdefinitionifthey aresubstantiallysimilartothoseintheforegoinglistshallbeincludedunderthisdefinition.For avoidanceofdoubt,MetasearchSiteshallnotincludeanyGDS,Unitedinternaldistributionchannel orOTA. 25. NonAccreditedSubscriberAtravelserviceprovidernotappointedbyARCorIATAtoissueairline trafficdocuments.Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,anytravelserviceproviderwhosebookingsdonot containavalidARC/IATAnumberofanaccreditedtravelserviceproviderintheUnitedPNRpointof saleinformation,willbedeemedaNonAccreditedSubscriber. 26. NoShowInventoryspoilagecausedbythefailuretoissueticketsand/orcancelticketedorun ticketedreservations. 27. OffPlating/OAPlatingValidatingaUniteditineraryonanotherairline'sticketstock. 28. OnlineTravelAgency(OTA)Anentitythatprocessesover1,000,000onewayairlinetickets(across allaircarriers,includingUnited)percalendaryear(aroundtripairlineticketequals2oneway airlinetickets)andatleast50%ofitsairtravelreservationsviatheInternet,notincludingcorporate selfbookingtools.UpontheExecutionDate,examplesofOTAsincludeCheaptickets,Orbitz, Priceline,TravelocityandTravelong/Cheapoair.

PassiveBookingsThesearelistedintheTravelServiceProvider'sCRS/GDSsystemunderpassive segmentstatuscodes.PassivesegmentsdonotdecrementUnited'sinventoryandareonlytobe usedtoticketreservationsbookeddirectlywithUnited. 30. PNRPassengerNameRecord. 31. SecureFlightPassengerData(SFPD)AsdefinedbyTSA,thisincludesfullname,dateofbirth, genderandRedressNumberifapplicable. 32. ThrowawayTicketingThebookingand/orissuanceand/oruseofconnectingand/orroundtrip ticketsforthepurposeofonewayorpartialtravelonly. 33. TicketTherecordofagreement,includingelectronictickets,e.g.,"Unitedelectronictickets"or"e tickets,"forthecarrier(s)toprovidetransportationandrelatedservicesundercertaintermsand conditionstothepassengernamedontheTicketinaccordancewithapplicablegoverningtariffsand regulations. 34. TicketTimeLimitDateortimedeadlinerequiredforticketissuanceassetforthintheapplicable FareRule. 35. TravelServiceIntermediary(TSI)ATravelServiceProviderthatisengagedinthesaleorbrokerage oftravelrelatedservicesortheprovisionofsuchservicestothegeneralpublicbutisnotappointed toissueairlineticketsortravelrelateddocuments. 36. TravelServiceProviderAnytravelagency,AccreditedSubscriber,NonAccreditedSubscriber,CTD, CRS/GDSuser,andanyotherpersonorentityaccessingUnited'sinternalreservationsystemcontent viatheInternetoranyotherelectronicmeans. 37. UnsuitableWebPageAwebpagethat(i)isdesignedtodisparageUnited,(ii)containssexually explicitorobscenematerials,(iii)advocatesdiscriminationbasedonrace,sex,religion,nationality, disability,sexualorientation,ageorotherlegallyimpermissiblebasisor(iv)promotesorengagesin illegalactivities. 38. VerifiedTravelConsultant(VTC)ATravelServiceProviderengagedinthesaleorbrokerageof travelrelatedservicesortheprovisionofsuchservicestothegeneralpublicbutisnotappointedto issueairlineticketsortravelrelateddocuments. ArticleIIIUnitedAirlinesBookingandTicketingPolicyTerms
1. AdministrativeBookingsTravelServiceProvidermustutilizeauxiliarysegmentsornonbillable statuscodestoproduceinvoicesanditinerariesorforadministrativeoraccountingpurposes.For example,nonbillablestatuscodesincludethefollowing:AMADEUSGK,GALILEOBK,SABREYK, WORLDSPANuseaTVLAirSegment. 2. CancellationsIfacustomercancelshisorherreservationwithTravelServiceProvider,Travel ServiceProvidermustimmediatelycancelthereservationandreleaseUnitedsinventory. Otherwise,itmayresultinaNoShowforwhichTravelServiceProviderwillberesponsible.Travel ServiceProvidermustnotreusethecanceledinventoryforanothercustomer,eveniftheother customerdesirestheidenticalitinerary;anewPNRmustbecreated.

3. ChurningTravelServiceProvidermustnotengageinChurningtocircumventticketingtimelimitsof theFareRules. 4. ClaimingReservationsTravelServiceProvidermustuseCRS/GDSclaimfunctionalitywherever possibletoissueaticketforareservationbookedonUnitedinsteadofpassivesegments.ATravel ServiceProviderisnotpermittedtoclaimPNRsbetweenagenciesand/orCRS/GDSsystems. 5. ClassofServiceTheTravelServiceProvidermustnotissueaticketunlesstherequestedclassof serviceisavailableforsaleandconfirmedinUnited'sinternalreservationsystem. 6. CompliancewithApplicableLawsand/orRegulationsTravelServiceProvidersmustcomplyfully withallapplicablelawsandregulationsinconnectionwiththeissuanceandsaleofUnitedtickets.It istheTravelServiceProvidersresponsibilitytobefamiliarwithallapplicablelawsandregulations andtoensurethatitsconductisinfullcompliancewiththoselawsandregulationsatalltimes. 7. CRS/GDSMigrationIftheTravelServiceProviderchangesfromoneCRS/GDSprovidertoanother, TravelServiceProvidermustnotifyUnitedatUADistributionGDS@United.comatleastthirty(30) dayspriortothemigration. 8. CustomerName/IDCustomers'fullfirstandlastnamesarerequiredinallbookings.Additional securityinformationaboutthecustomermayberequiredbygovernmentagenciesandTravel ServiceProvidershouldensurethePNRsatisfiestheapplicablegovernmentalrequirements, includingthatthecustomersnameinthereservationmatchescustomersnameasitappearson customerspassportorgovernmentissuedphotoidentification. 9. DuplicateBookingsTravelServiceProvidermustnotcreateaDuplicateBookingforanyreason,or duplicateanyreservationbookedbyanotheragencyorthatexistsinanotherCRS/GDSorUnited's internalreservationsystem.TravelServiceProviderisresponsibletodetermineifthecustomer alreadymadeareservation. 10. FareRulesTravelServiceProvidermustadheretoallticketingandfarerules.Unitedprohibits,and TravelServiceProviderisliablefor,anybookingorticketingpracticethatcircumventstheapplicable FareRules,includingbutnotlimitedtoBacktoBackTicketing,HiddenCities,PointsBeyond,or ThrowawayTicketing.TravelServiceProvidermustissueavalidticketorcancelthePNRbythe applicableTicketTimeLimit.Unitedreservestherighttouseanautomaticprogramtocancel segmentswhenticketinghasnotoccurredbytheapplicableTicketTimeLimit,however,theTravel ServiceProviderisresponsibleforadheringtoticketingtimelimits. 11. FictitiousNameandOtherSpeculativeBookingsTravelServiceProvidermustnotmakeany speculativebookingsusingfraudulentorfictitiousnames.Nonexclusiveexamplesofsuchbookings includetheuseofavalidsurnamefollowedbyinitials(e.g.,Williams/A/B/C,Lee/A/S/D/F, Johnson/X/Y/Z)andfictitiousorcelebritynames(e.g.,Test/PNR,Mouse/Mickey).TravelService Providermustnotblockseatsorholdanyspeculativebookingsinanticipationofexpecteddemand. 12. InactiveSegmentsChangestoitinerarysegmentstatusresultinginInactiveSegmentsrequires actionandmustberemovedfromtheCRS/GDSPNRatleast24hourspriortoflightdeparture.This includescancelingticketedorunticketedsegmentswithastatuscodeofUN,NO,HX,TL,WK,WL, orWNandremovingotherinactivesegmentsinthePNRwiththestatuscodessuchasUC,USand DL. 13. InterlineTicketingTravelServiceProvidermustnotvalidateanyticketonUnitediftheticket containsaflightsegment(s)onanyotherairlineunlesstheotherairlineisaUnitedInterlinePartner

andhasaticketingandbaggageagreementwithUnited.Inaddition,anyticketvalidatedonUnited mustcontainatleastoneUnitedflightsegment.AlistingofUnited'sInterlinePartnersisavailable viaTravelServiceProvidersGDSsystem. MarriedSegmentsUnitedmayprovidealevelofavailabilityonMarriedSegmentsthatdiffersfrom thelevelofavailabilityprovidedbyUnitedifthesegmentsweresoldseparately.TravelService ProvidermustnotseparateMarriedSegmentsforanypurposenormanipulatetheCRS/GDSsystem tocircumventUnited'sMarriedSegmentControllogic. PassiveBookingsOnlyanAccreditedSubscribercanbookpassivesegmentsinitsCRS/GDSsystem forthepurposeofticketinganalreadyexistingreservationinUnited'sinternalreservationsystem. Invalidpassivesegmentswillberejected.NonAccreditedSubscribersareprohibitedfrombooking anypassivesegments.Uniteddoesnotallowpassivesegmentstobeusedforotherreasons includingbutnotlimitedtosatisfyingCRS/GDSproductivityrequirements,tocircumventfarerules ortofulfilladministrativefunctions. PassportsandVisasTravelServiceProvidermustnotbookanitineraryforthesolepurposeof obtainingcustomer'svisa,passport,oranyotherdocuments. ProhibitedPracticesUnitedstrictlyprohibits,andwillholdTravelServiceProviderresponsiblefor anylossesduetoTravelServiceProvider'sactionsinviolationofthisPolicyortheapplicable AuthorizingAgreement,includingbutnotlimitedtoTravelServiceProvider'sactionswithrespectto anyBackDateTicketing,BacktoBackTicketing,Churning,DuplicateBooking,GroupBookingin violationofArticleVbelow,HiddenCities/PointsBeyondTicketing,Impossible/IllogicalBooking,No Show,OffPlatingandThrowawayTicketing,andanyotherProhibitedPracticesoutlinedinthe ContractofCarriage.Inadditiontootherlegalorequitableremediesavailable,Unitedmaycharge TravelServiceProviderandTravelServiceProvideragreestopaytoUnitedthefeesdescribedin ArticleVIforanysuchviolation.Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,TravelServiceProvidershallbe responsibleforitsactionsinviolationofthesepolicies,includingbookingviolations,regardlessof whetherornotaticketisissued. ProtectionBookingsPerATAandIATAindustrypractice,TravelServiceProvidermustnotcreate anybookingonUnitedforthepurposeofprotectingorreprotectinganycustomerinconnection withirregularflightoperations(within24hoursoftravel),unlessotherwisedirectedbyUnited(i.e. futuretravelschedulechanges,irregularoperationstravelwaivers).Thisincludesmisconnections, anoversaleonUnitedoranyothercarrier,flightcancellations,delaysoranyotherflight interruptiononUnitedoranyothercarrier.Anysuchbookingforthepurposeofprotectingorre protectingacustomermustbemadeonlybytheoriginalcarrier. QueuesTravelServiceProviderisresponsibleforpromptlyworkingallqueues. RedistributionTravelServiceProvidershallnot,withoutUnitedspriorwrittenconsent, redistribute,shareorinanyothermannermakeUnitedscontentofanykindprovidedhereunder, available(collectively,Redistribute)toany:(i)GDS,(ii)OTAs/travelagencies,(iii)MetasearchSite or(iv)UnsuitableWebPage(eachaRestrictedEntity).TravelServiceProvidershallnot,without priorwrittenconsent,acceptUnitedscontentfromanyRestrictedEntity,norshallTravelService ProvidersallowRestrictedEntitiestolinktotheTravelServiceProviderforUnitedscontent. SecureFlightPassengerData(SFPD)CollectionTravelServiceProvidermustenterSecureFlight PassengerDataincludingfullname,dateofbirth,gender,andRedressNumberifapplicable,for

eachcustomerineveryPNRasrequiredbytheTSA.Failuretoprovidethedatawillresultininability toticketthereservation.UAalsoreservestherighttocancelanyreservationnotcontainingSFPDat least72hourspriortodeparture.PNRscreatedwithin72hoursmustincludeSFPDwhenthePNRis initiallybooked. Taxes/Fees/SurchargesTravelServiceProvidermustcollect,report,andaccuratelycodealltaxes, feesandcharges/surchargesimposedbytheU.Sgovernment,aswellastaxes,feesand charges/surchargesleviedbyforeigncountries. TicketNumbersTravelServiceProvidermustissueandreportavalidticketnumberforthe customeranditineraryinthePNR.TravelServiceProvidermaynotprovideaticketnumberthat doesnotmatchthecustomerand/oritinerarytocircumventticketingrequirementsortosatisfya TicketTimeLimit. TicketTimeLimitTravelServiceProvidermustissueavalidticketorcancelthePNRbythe applicableTicketTimeLimit.Incertaincircumstances,Unitedusesanautomaticprogramtocancel segmentswhenticketinghasnotoccurredbytheapplicableTicketTimeLimit,however,Travel ServiceProviderisresponsibleforanyunticketedPNRthatTravelServiceProviderbookedand UniteddeterminestobeaNoShow. TrademarkandKeywordUsageRestrictionTravelServiceProvidershallnot,withoutUniteds priorwrittenconsent,purchaseaskeywords,orotherwiseusetodriveconsumerstoitswebsiteor business,anyUnitedtrademarksorcommonmisspellingsorvariantsthereof.Thisrestrictionapplies to,butisnotlimitedto,anyparticipationbyTravelServiceProviderinsearchrelatedadvertising serviceswithanyInternetsearchengineorsimilarcompanysuchasGoogle,Yahoo,andthelike. TrainingandTestingTravelServiceProvidercancreateatestortrainingPNRonlyinthetraining modeofaGDS/CRSprovider.ReservingliveinventoryinUnited'sinternalreservationsystemforany trainingand/ortestingpurposeisprohibitedandUnitedreservestherighttorecovercosts associatedwithspoiledinventory.

ArticleIVNonAccreditedAgencies
1. NonAccreditedSubscriberAnyTravelServiceProviderwhosebookingsdonotcontainavalid ARC/IATAnumberinthepointofsaleofthePNRisdeemedaNonAccreditedSubscriberbyUnited. TheTravelServiceProviderisresponsibleforensuringitsCRS/GDSprovidertransmitsthecorrect pointofsaleinformation. 2. AdherencetoPolicyAlthoughmanyNonAccreditedSubscribersareaffiliatedwithanAccredited Subscriberthatissuesticketsontheirbehalf,eachbookingsourceandTravelServiceProvider, whetheraccreditedornot,isconsidereduniqueandisrequiredtocomplywithallUnitedpolicies, includingbutnotlimitedtothisPolicyandtheContractofCarriage.

ApprovedIndustryRegistrationNumberEachNonAccreditedSubscribermustobtainan approvedindustryregistrationnumber.Unitedcurrentlyacceptsthefollowingapprovedindustry registration VerifiedTravelConsultant(VTC)IssuedbyARC,seewww.arccorp.com TravelServiceIntermediary(TSI)IssuedbyIATAN,seewww.iatan.org TravelIndustryDesignatorService(TIDSIssuedbyIATA,seewww.iata.org/tids AnyNonAccreditedSubscribernotlocatedinthe50UnitedStates,theDistrictofColumbia,theU.S. VirginIslandsorPuertoRicomustobtainaTIDSnumberfromIATA. 4. NoticetoUnitedUponreceiptofanapprovedindustrynumber,theNonAccreditedSubscriber mustsendtheVTC,TSIorTIDSnumbertoUnitedatuadistributiongds@united.com.Thefollowing informationmustbeincludedinthenotice:NonAccreditedSubscribernameandaddress,CRS/GDS providerandpseudocitycode,phoneandfaxnumbers,emailaddressandaffiliatedticketingtravel agency'sname,ARC/IATAnumberandpseudocitycode. 5. PointofSaleInformationEachNonAccreditedSubscribermustadviseitsCRS/GDSprovider(s)to updateitspointofsaleinformationwiththeapprovedindustryregistrationnumber.AllTravel ServiceProvidersareencouragedtochecktheirpointofsaletoensurethatcurrentandaccurate informationistransmittedtoUnited(contactCRS/GDSforverification). 6. EnforcementFailuretoobtainanapprovedindustryregistrationnumber,notifyUnitedandupdate theCRS/GDSpointofsalemaycausethelossofaccesstoviewandbookUnited'sinventorywhether ornotapolicyviolationhasoccurred.TheNonAccreditedSubscriberwillremaininhibiteduntilthe approvedindustryregistrationnumberisobtainedandupdatedinthesubscriberprofilesothatitis transmittedautomaticallyinthepointofsaleofaPNR.UnticketedPNRsaresubjecttocancellation. 7. ReinstatementAccesstotheUnitedinternalreservationsystemmaybereinstatedonlyiftheNon AccreditedSubscriberobtainsanapprovedindustryregistrationnumberandpaysanyfeerequired byUnitedasprovidedbelow.ANonAccreditedSubscriberthathasbeenrestrictedshouldcontact Unitedatuadistributiongds@united.com.TheNonAccreditedSubscriberwillberesponsiblefor paymentofanybookingviolationcontainedinthispolicy.PersistentviolationsofthePolicywill resultinpermanentrestrictionfromUnited'sinventory. Unitedstrictlyprohibits,andwillholdTravelServiceProviderresponsibleforanylossesduetoactionsin violationofthisPolicy,theapplicableAuthorizingAgreementorUnitedsContractofCarriage. 1. FeesInadditiontootherlegalorequitableremediesavailabletoUnitedforTravelService Provider'sviolationofthisPolicy,UnitedreservestherighttochargeTravelServiceProvider,and TravelServiceProvideragreestopay,afeeperpassenger,perPNRforeachPolicyviolation.In addition,UnitedreservestherighttoassessadditionalfeesiftheapplicablePolicyviolation(s) involveFirstClassorBusinessFirstinventory. 2. LossofAccess/TerminationFrequentviolationsofthisPolicyand/orfailuretopayany outstandingfee(s)mayresultinthelossofaccesstoview,bookandticketUnitedinventory.United mayassessanadditionalfeetorestoreaccesscapabilitiesthroughaCRS/GDSiftheTravelService Providerisreinstated.TravelServiceProvideralsomustpayanyotheroutstandingmoniesowedto Unitedatthetimeoftermination,includinganysuchamountsidentifiedbyUnitedfollowingsuch termination. 3. DamagesInadditiontotheotherremediesUnitedmaychargeTravelServiceProvider,andTravel ServiceProvideragreestopay,foranylossesincurredbyUnitedarisingoutoforinconnectionwith anyviolationofthisPolicy.Thesedamagescouldinclude,butarenotlimitedto,lossofrevenueand thedifferencebetweenthefarechargedandtheactualfareavailableatthetimeoftheviolationor booking,useorissuanceoftheticket,andrecoveryofGDStransactionfees. 4. OtherRemediesUnitedreservestherighttooffsetfromanyavailablesourceanyamountowedto TravelServiceProviderbyUnitedinordertosatisfyanyofthefees,costs,damagesorother remediesowedtoUnitedasaresultofaviolationofthisPolicy.Unitedreservestherightto terminateanyandallapplicableagencyappointment(s)ofanyTravelServiceProviderthatdoesnot complywiththisPolicy.
