BRENLIS Australian Stockhorse Stud is located 20km south west of Ipswich, off the Cunningham Hwy at Mutdapilly, QLD. Through the selection of mares carrying strong heritage bloodlines crossed with proven stallions we are driven to provide horses suited to a range of disciplines. Due to changing circumstances in the near future we are compelled to reduce numbers rapidly. The horses listed in this catalogue have been put up for auction with the option to purchase at listed buy now price. All enquiries are welcome, with inspection of horses to be carried out over 2 set viewing days (dates are listed below). Please inform us if you intend to come to a viewing day. Auction will be run online from the 25th December 2013 until the 29th January 2014. Buy it now prices will be accepted up until 8:00PM on 26th January 2014. 1. Bidding will be open from 9 am December 25th, 2013 until the end of the final item close at 8:30 pm January 29th, 2014. 2. By bidding in the Online Silent Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. 3. A bid is construed as a legal agreement to purchase the listed item(s) at the amount indicated. 4. All bidders must be 18 years of age or above. 5. Brenlis Australian Stockhorse Stud reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Online Silent Auction. 6. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended. 7. All known or apparent contents, restrictions, and details of items have been indicated on the bid sheets. Items are as is. 8. Brenlis Australian Stockhorse Stud provides no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item sold, including during the time of loading, transport and unloading of the item. 9. There is no upper limit for your bids! 10. All items will close at 8:30pm on the listed date. However, for every bid that occurs within the last 3 minutes of item closing time, the closing time will be extended by 3 minutes. Item times may be extended by a maximum of 30 minutes. The official time will be based on the online service by 32auctions.com. 11. Once the auction is declared closed, an email will be sent to the winning bidder confirming the purchase of the listed item. 12. The winning bidder must contact Brenlis Australian Stockhorse Stud to arrange payment. Payment for items purchased must be made in full in the form of cash, electronic transfer or personal cheque made payable to Brenlis Stud. Once payment has been processed and cleared arrangements for pick-up/transporting of the item will be determined. 13. Invoices will be available upon request. 14. Payment must be in full within 5 working days from the listed closing date of the item. 15. Any item left unclaimed will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
