Malachi 1:1 tells us that this writing is, "A prophecy: The word of the LORD to Israel through Malachi. To see the full meaning of the promises in Malachi, we must examine all of the truths in Malachi 3:8-12. Will a man rob God? Yet you are robbing Me! But you say, How have we robbed You? In tithes and offerings.

When we do not follow Gods laws regarding tithing, we are robbing him. You are cursed with a curse, for you are robbing Me, the whole nation of you! Here we see again we are cursed. Is our nation not now cursed? Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house, and test Me now in this, says the Lord of hosts, if I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you a blessing until it overflows The Bible says to bring the whole tithe, 10% of the first fruits, test Me now in this, He proclaims (the only place in the Bible where He says this). And then He will open the windows of heaven and bless you abundantly. Then I will rebuke the devourer for you, so that it will not destroy the fruits of the ground; nor will your vine in the field cast its grapes, says the Lord of hosts. All the nations will call you blessed, for you shall be a delightful land, says the Lord of hosts. Did you get that? It is a point I think we often miss. He will rebuke the devourer for you. That devourer is satan, his minions and this world's evil government. And He will prevent pests/locusts from destroying the crops of your field and the fruit of your fertile land.. What is the end result of following God's Laws regarding tithing? We will once again be a blessed nation! The Apostle Paul wrote of this same thing, of God's provisions, in his letter to the Philippians "To all the saints in Christ Jesus who are in Philippi." Not that I seek the gift itself, but I seek for the profit which increases to your account. Philippians 4:17 The profit that increases to your account, as read here, is but one of the blessings from God that you get for obeying His Word. Do I tell you these things because I need your money? No, quite the contrary. I tell you these truths because I want you, all of you that are of the Remnant, to be abundantly blessed! For those of you that tithe faithfully and have for years (and you know who you are) please accept my heartfelt Thank You! And, for those of you that dont (the thousands that receive the DragonSlayer Newsletter each month and don't tithe or donate) all I ask is that you prayerfully and carefully consider what God teaches, and remember that I didnt write it. I want to close this Ministry update with a story that Pastor Peters told me that really sank in and has stayed with me. It is a story I often use when I attempt to show people the importance of obeying His Word. The story is about a man named Archie Word, a fire and brimstone preacher that Dad admired (and let me tell you, there were very few that he admired). You see Brother Word had a gift, much like your pastor did, to teach and preach from the heart. Well one day he was preaching a fire and brimstone sermon, and afterwards he was approached by a group of men that said they wanted to make him a famous evangelist. They told him that

they could make him bigger than Billie Sunday, with all the fortune and fame that he could ever imagine. But there was just one problem. There were two things that he could not preach on. The first was Baptism for the remission of sins, and the other was the Biblical teaching of tithing. Brother Word replied, "You mean I can have all of this and all I have to do is agree not to preach on these two subjects?" They said yes, just sign right here. He said, "No! Glad you asked. The point is that the enemies of God know how important proper Baptism is (to redeem you out of man's system through the blood of Christ) and they also know that if the people followed the laws of tithing, then they would be abundantly blessed. "There shall not be found among you anyone who makes his son or his daughter pass through the fire, one who uses divination, one who practices witchcraft, or one who interprets omens, or a sorcerer, or one who casts a spell, or a medium, or a spiritist, or one who calls up the dead." Deuteronomy 18:10-11 Christians who read their Bible can understand that God forbids those that cast spells, charmers, spiritists, those that call up the dead, etc, to exist in society (if they even believe there are such powers). If the Bible condemns them, then they must exist! Many who read their Bibles think this is something that existed a long time ago in a very far off land. And they can come up with all kinds of reasons to disregard what the Bible says, such as: I am saved, I love Jesus, that was in a different covenant, and on and on. Even those that do take the Bible for what it says and means have not been able to understand how the spell casting is being done to them, and many still do not even believe that it could happen to them. If casting a spell could not be done, then the Bible simply would not forbid it. The word in Deuteronomy 18:11 translated "Charmer" in the KJV, and "Spell" in the NASV, ac$45.00 cording to Strong's Concordance, comes from the Hebrew Word "chabar" #2266 and #2267 the definition is chbar. "khaw-bar' A primitive root; to join (literally or figuratively); specifically (by means of spells) to fascinate: - charm (-er), be compact, couple (together), have fellowship with, heap up, join (self, together), league." The New American Standard Exhaustive Concordance by Holman defines it as, "to unite, be joined to tie a magic knot or spell, to charm."

Lets now consider the English definition of the words "spell" and "charm" taken from Webster's 1828 Dictionary. Spell 1. A story; a tale. 2. A charm consisting of some words of occult power. Charm 1. Words, characters or other things imagined to possess some occult or unintelligible power; hence, a magic power or spell, by which with the supposed assis tance of the devil, witches and sorcerers have been sup posed to do wonderful things. Spell; enchantment. Hence, 2. That which has power to subdue opposition, and gain the affections; that which can please irresistible; that which delights and attracts the heart; generally in the plural. HAS SOMEONE OR SOME POWER OR SOMETHING SUBDUED CHRISTIAN OPPOSITION TO SIN AND GAINED THE AFFECTIONS OF THE MASSES? In other words, has a spell been cast upon America to take control of their minds, emotions, attitudes and spirits? History shows that once upon a time in America, the people opposed such things (sins) as interracial marriage, homosexuality, fornication, lasciviousness, murder, etc. Yet today the same degree of opposition simply does not exist. For instance in 1913, Cecil B. Demille produced a film entitled, "The Squaw Man." During the filming his work was continually sabotaged. He was shot at several times and ended up sleeping in a barn full of horses with the duplicate copy of his work, as the original had been burned due to arson. The original budget of the film was $15,450 and it ultimately cost $47,000. People were in a uproar over what was being produced. Why? Because it contained interracial fornication!

How did such national values of a people cease to exist in the time of about two generations to the point where people are actually entertained and fascinated by the sin that they once opposed? The answer is: a spell has been cast upon the land. When we see headlines such as these, and there is no outcry, you are under a spell.

The spell has permeated the ranks of even the Christian Soldiers. The question we should be asking ourselves is how has the spell effected me? I have found much comfort in the Scripture from 1 John 4:4: You are from God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world. I read it and claim it. "This Scripture is mine! Greater is HE that is in me than he that is in the world. Claim it! This one is for you, Remnant. To overcome "their" power, the power of the enemy, Christians must use their own power available through faith, prayer and song. For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world-- our faith. 1 John 5:4 And this is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. And if we know that He hears us in whatever we ask, we know that we have the requests which we have asked from Him. 1 John 5:14-15 THE BIBLE FORETELLS OF THE FALL OF THE SPELL CASTERS "Sit silently, and go into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans; For you will no more be called The queen of kingdoms. "I was angry with My people, I profaned My heritage, And gave them into your hand. You did not show mercy to them, On the aged you made your yoke very heavy. "So have those become to you with whom you have labored, Who have trafficked with you from your youth; Each has wandered in his own way. There is none to save you. Isaiah 47:5-15 (emphasis added) One of the effects of the spell is to put a person in a state of schizophrenia. Websters 7th Collegiate Dictionary defines it as, A psychotic disorder characterized by loss of contact with the environment." Which is another way of saying Loss of contact with REALITY. The Bible term is DOUBLE MINDEDNESS (James 1:8). George Orwell, author of the novel "1984," called it doublethink. He wrote; Doublethink. The power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one's mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them. To tell deliberate lies while genuinely believing in them, to forget any fact that has become inconvenient, and then, when it becomes necessary again, to draw it back from oblivion for just as long as it is needed, to deny the existence of objective reality and all the while to take account of the reality which one denies all this is indispensably necessary.

Even in using the word doublethink it is necessary to exercise doublethink. For by using the word one admits that one is tampering with reality; by a fresh act of doublethink one erases this knowledge; and so on indefinitely, with the lie always one leap ahead of the truth.
This year, the Federal deficit has dropped by about 40%! We need to raise the debt ceiling so that we can spend more money!

Barack Hussein Obama is taking a wrong action, therefore he is wrong!

I support those who take a wrong action, but I am innocent of any wrong doing!

A peaceful, wellarmed people with weapons and ammunition in a country is a threat to peace.

Peaceful, well-armed citizens forming militias in a country ensures peace and safety!

That it is an act of peace. Yet when Syrias leaders use planes, tanks, bombs, troops, etc. in their own country, it is called an act of war, even if the Syrian leaders would call it an act of Protecting Their Freedom.

Perhaps World War II could have been avoided by simply calling the action at Pearl Harbor an act of peace. It could have been an preemptory strike for the sake of peace in the Pacific, which was probably the propaganda pitch that was being given by the japs. The prophet Isaiah said, Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil. Isaiah 5:20 Such deceptions are all part of the spell that has been cast upon the nation. When a people become sinful and estranged from their God, then the spell has more of an effect upon them. The only solution at that point is repentance; a thorough change of thought and actions. Failure to repent brings upon the wrath of God. In Isaiah we read: "For they have rejected the law of the lord of hosts .On this account the anger of the Lord has burned against His people, And he has stretched out his hand against them and struck them down. Isaiah 5:24-25 In the Bible, the prophets of old were often accused of being insane or crazy. Ask yourself, what does a society of crazy people call the sane? Today those that expose the peoples sin, madness, and double mindedness are called something besides crazy. Now they use the terms hate group, cult, etc. No one wants to be considered a hate group, so the people follow a multitude to do evil . You shall not follow a multitude in doing evil. Exodus 23:2

And madness it is; God ordained madness that has come upon them, for their sins. "The LORD will smite you with madness and with blindness and with bewilderment of heart; Deuteronomy 28:28 THE GOOD NEWS is that a very large number of people are beginning to realize what their government, politicians and media are doing to them. A growing number of faithful Christians are fervently praying for national repentance and revival. The Armor Bearer

So just what was an Armor Bearer? They were men chosen by kings and high-ranking military commanders for their bravery and loyalty (one major qualification was they were to be at least as brave as those they served). As their name indicates, they did bear the armor, but they were usually much more valuable than that. One of the most famous armor bearers in Bible history was young David who entered the service of King Saul. The future King of Israel started in his service as lyre (harp) player, and quickly became his armor bearer. Not long after joining Sauls army, he took down the mighty Philistine warrior Goliath with three stones; two in the pouch and one in the sling. A common misconception is that it only took one stone to bring the mighty Goliath down. Quite to the contrary. First it took a real God fearing man with two stones. For the focus of this article, I want to concentrate on Jonathan and his armor bearer. We all know the Bible story that is told in 1 Samuel 14. It starts out with Saul and his army camped just across from the mighty Philistine army, with Saul and his officers sitting under a pomegranate tree. Then Jonathan, who was bored, said to his armor bearer, lets go over and see if the LORD will deliver the Philistines into our hands today (paraphrased). Although it was a pretty crazy idea and the Philistines were a formidable enemy, his armor bearer humbly replies, "Do all that is in your heart; turn yourself, and here I am with you according to your desire." 1 Samuel 14:7

The Armor Bearer

His plan was to get within sight of the enemy and if they say, Wait until we come down, to you, then we will stay. But if they say, Come up, we will know the LORD will deliver them into our hands. And so the Philistines said, Come up here and we will teach you a lesson. And that day Jonathan and his armor bearer annihilated the garrison. This is a powerful story of a man who knew his God and what his God was capable of. He knew how to take a risk, but he also knew when to, and only to take that risk when the LORD was leading him. We have much that we can learn from Jonathan and his armor bearer. In todays world we see so called Christians cowering down before the enemy, not aware of the entire arsenal of spiritual weapons God has given us (thats a topic for another article, LORD willing). We see that Jonathan knew when he was to have great recognition and triumph in battle, but he also knew when to step aside, humble himself, and support and protect his friend David, whom he loved as a brother and could see was an honorable man chosen by God himself. He had to be willing to decrease the focus and importance on himself and increase the focus and importance on David, an honorable trait that is scarcely seen in todays world. Just as his armor bearer would have laid down his life for him, he must now be willing to do the same for David. Both men had the ability to see beyond the worldly circumstances and on into the greater Kingdom perspective. Jonathan sacrificed his position, as future king and rightful heir to the throne, to a humble man who he knew was anointed and chosen by God to rule over all of Israel.

The Armor Bearer

What can we do personally? Be sure we are in the right place at the right time. I can remember in my youth how I would use that as an excuse (Well, I guess I was in the wrong place at the wrong time, again) whenever I got into a fight or some other form of trouble. Finally one day my Dad said, "Hold it! Im not buying that one anymore! You put yourself in these positions." And you know something, he was right! Just look at the example God gives of this in 2 Samuel 11:1. Then it happened in the spring, at the time when kings go out to battle, that David sent Joab and his servants with him and all Israel, and they destroyed the sons of Ammon and besieged Rabbah. But David stayed at Jerusalem. Had David been where he was supposed to be, in battle, he never would have committed that great sin with Bathsheba or had Uriah killed to cover it up. Another lesson that can be learned is to get yourself an armor bearer; someone that provides protection and support. Someone that will help bear the load that each one of us has to carry. Your Pastor, Peter John Peters, grew to know the importance of this. Early in life he believed those armor bearers to be his fellow preachers, only to find out through countless back- stabbings and heartache that they were not. It was only in the latter years of his ministry that he grew to know that it was the men that loved him, the men that would lay down their life for him, that were his true armor bearers; the Acres of Diamonds Men. And Praise the LORD Jesus Christ, they still are!

In conclusion. we must remember that God will do the work. It was not Jonathan and his armor bearer that routed the Philistine army. It was God that delivered them into their hands. All throughout the Bible we are given example after example of just that, of God delivering the enemy into the hands of His people. Brethren, we must be ready in season and out, to listen, to lay down our fleece and seek His direction, not our own. But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please. Also for the many who let you know how they were blessed by other prayers you had for them. I believe our GOD had each of you in his arms with care as you prayed. The Senate was voting on the bill already passed by the House to immediately give the vets their bonus money. By dusk, 10,000 marchers crowded the Capitol grounds expectantly awaiting the outcome. Walter Waters, leader of the Bonus Expeditionary Force, appeared with bad news. The Senate had defeated the bill by a vote of 62 to 18. The crowd reacted with stunned silence. "Sing America and go back to your billets" he commanded, and they did. A silent "Death March" began in front of the Capitol and lasted until July 17, when Congress adjourned. A month later, on July 28, Attorney General Mitchell ordered the evacuation of the veterans from all government property. Entrusted with the job, the Washington police met with resistance, shots were fired and two marchers killed. Learning of the shooting at lunch, President Hoover ordered the army to clear out the veterans.

Infantry and cavalry supported by six tanks were dispatched with Chief of Staff General Douglas MacArthur in command. Major Dwight D. Eisenhower served as his liaison with Washington police and Major George Patton led the cavalry. Soldiers with fixed bayonets followed, hurling tear gas into the crowd. By early morning the 10,000 inhabitants were routed and the camp in flames. Two babies died and nearby hospitals were overwhelmed with casualties. Eisenhower later wrote, "the whole scene was pitiful. The veterans were ragged, ill-fed, and felt themselves badly abused. To suddenly see the whole encampment going up in flames just added to the pity."

For the past two and a half weeks, the Holy Spirit has been waking me up in the middle of the night and preparing me (through my reluctance and doubt) to deliver a message in the House Chamber. That is what I did last night Earlier Thursday, Reidy's husband Dan spoke to the New York Post about the incident, telling the paper his wife had been losing sleep since the shutdown began on October 1. Well, they finally did allow it. 2. Rep. Steve Cohen (D-Tenn.) branded Tea Party members of Congress as domestic enemies during an appearance on MSNBC Saturday morning. Really, you got to think we take an oath to support the country against all enemies, foreign and domestic, Cohen said. These are the domestic enemies. It is time to declare war upon these forces of hell that have stolen our land and stupefied our people. PISTOL PRAYER: We call the first prayer the Pistol Prayer. It is 15-20 seconds long. It is designed to be short and quick, and easy to use! Please pray it at the beginning of each hour throughout the day (there will be added power in the Saints' synchronicity of praying this prayer together) and as often as possible at other times as well. Let us keep a constant barrage of firepower against these evil sorcerers! RIFLE PRAYER: The Rifle Prayer" is longer and more definitive. It is written to the tune of "A Mighty Fortress" and is entitled A Mighty Weapon. It is playing every 3 hours on the Scriptures for America Worldwide Broadcasting Network (with the pistol prayer being played in between). It is time for us to break the spell from the seat of satan in America, which is Washington, DC. That place is geometrically designed to spread the evil forces of the occult and witchcraft upon our people. PREPARATORY PRAYER: Almighty God, our mighty Rock of protection against every evil force of destruction; clothe us with Your armor. Empower us with Your Holy Spirit and stir us to raging warfare against those who have hidden in their secret designs of evil sorcery. Awaken us to the wicked deceptions that have been placed upon our people and our nation. Forgive us for being so gullible and stir heated anger within us. Give us the courage to rise up and wage spiritual war in fiery judgment. Preserve Your own and destroy our sneaky enemy among us. Stir those of us who have been subdued by satans sorcery. Grant us supernatural sight and ability to expose those who pretend to do good but practice evil. We claim Your mighty ability as our own in the Name of Jesus, our conquering King. Amen The Pistol Prayer is a 15-20 second prayer. Pray at the beginning of each hour throughout the day. Great power is released when we all pray (sing or chant) at the same time. (At the very least, pray it as often as possible throughout the day.)

South Dakota Blizzard

Described by some as the blizzard that never was, many still have not heard of the death and destruction that recently occurred in South Dakota. An early Fall snowstorm, the worst in over 90 years, brought 12 hours of freezing rain, followed by 48 hours of over three feet of snow, and snowdrifts of five to seven feet. Some accounts say that over 100,000 cattle have perished in this snowstorm. Pray for our brethren in South Dakota that have been hit hard and have lost much in this blizzard.
