Identifying, understanding and modelling the interdependencies between business strategies and organizational concepts
Becoming familiar with types, phases and tools of business strategy development as well as its implementation Differentiating organizational theory approaches and adopting theoretical knowledge into organizational structures and processes both on national and international level

Homework (issue paper) incl. presentation (March May 2013) preparation time: two weeks; objective: training of academic principles of work, communication and presentation skills. All topics covered by issue papers provided are relevant for all students for the final exam
Case study: written report, presentation incl. leading discussion (preparation time: May 8 June 13, 2013); objective: working on an in-depth study and training of advanced presentation skills (group work); presentation date: June 18, 2013 Written test (final exam): multiple choice and open questions (Juli 2, 2013); objective: ensuring knowledge base and understanding of all main principles of the class
