Solution Overview: a) Voice Phone Banking Description: Voice Phone Banking is a service for bank customers who find interacting with money services via text messages difficult or tiresome, and bank branch opening hours too restrictive. This solution is a purely voice based banking system opening up a new communication channel for mobile money services. It offers customers by phone a highly user friendly way to meet their banking requirements. Specifically, Phone Bank can also reach people who cannot or prefer not to read text messages.
