process.

2. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of plastic injection molding machines

ranging from 30T-80T capacity. Automation machines used in watch assembly
process. L.T. Panel, 11KV sub-station, voltage servo stabilizers, UPS, Air
Conditioners, DG Sets, Rectifiers, Ovens, Air Compressors and all types of
electrical machines.
3. Planning of all activities which comes under maintenance profile.

4. Maintaining records & implements system in compliance to ISO 9001-2000.

1. Installation of LT line LT Panel and Capacitor Panel.

2. Internal wiring of plant for lighting, fan, ACs.
3. Installation of Voltage Servo Stabilizer 500 KVA.
4. Installation of Air Compressor of 40cfm.
5. Installation and run Automatic Electro-Plating Plant with Main Panel, Control
Panel & Rectifiers.
6. Installation and run Vacuum Metallizing Plant with Vacuum Pump, Conveyor for
Heating and Automatic Paint Booth.
7. Installation and run Fabrication Unit including Press Machines, Tool Room
Machines, Thread Rolling Machines, Punching M/c, Cutting M/c and Ovens for
Annealing.
8. Installation and run PLC controlled Printing M/c, Auto Blister Sealing, Foaming,
