During midterm modification, if user adds exposure value, the same will not flow to subpolicy. Please check with user whether adding exposure value to the class codes is a valid scenario. If user does midterm modification on any class codes, the issue of duplicate COVIT_CD will arise after creating the sub policies.

Business can modify anything during renewal, changing any of the available values or adding classes, changing modifiers etc

This would still follow the table rules that you had. If there is a discrepancy, business Prasant is not having a problem.

Current functionality is that , if user modifies any US form in WCR, in that case user has to come to Project Checklist Endorsement screen in AW and manually add those US select form and edit that form. Shall we keep that functionality or refresh US form also ? Will user be ready to come to Project Checklist endorsement screen and click Save button?

If it is made automated, i.e if during Batch Refresh the forms tables are updated then no validation can be handled. If user do back to inception modification then that will not be a problem. If user do any midterm modification, the what will be the date range for the sub policy forms. Example: Master policy effective date : 2012-01-01 Expiry Date : 2013-01-01 User does midterm modification on the master on 2012-0601 by modifying a form say 000102A. Then Refresh the policy. Create a sub policy. Then what will the effective date for that form 000102A for this newly created sub policy? Will that be from 2012-01-01 to 2013-01-01 or 2012-06-01 to 2013-01-01?

Requirement for BT 4131 If user modifies forms in WCR (US ,DC) those will be reflected in master in AW side also after either daily batch cycle or after click on demand refresh No need any user intervention to get the refreshed form from master in WCR to master in AW User can select "US" as per currenly flow once forms get refreshed to master, if user click on Propagate changes button, those neww added or modified forms will be refkected to non issued sub policy

But to identify all those issues is difficult to find and need mainframe teams help as because RSP error comes from mainframe side only. 1 Anirban (8/02): So during renewal process, COV_EXCL and MOD_SCRN table data will flow to sub from renewed master. It is fine. But in this case how 99 class code for (specific waiver) will be added or deleted from renewed sub ? Again issue will 2 come.

30th July,2012 The description of the Prasant BT is for data copy alone. The other issues if we need mainframe support I dont think we can target quickly. Lets do the data copy first and then maybe we can have another BT to have user friendly error messages.
