Know Your Rights: A Journey to Ethico- Legal Standards

REGISTRATION
Registration started at 7:00 until 8:00 in the morning. The students are very participative that most of them came early. During the seminar, two members were assigned during the morning session in the registration area to welcome the participants and to give them the prepared kits. The other two members were assigned in the crowd control and helped the food committee in giving snacks together with collecting the food stab. The team leader waited and escorted our guest speaker. Shift was change in the afternoon session. In the middle of the registration, we were informed that midwifery 1st year students are included in our seminar. We did not expect that the midwifery 1st year students will be one of our participants so we havent prepared any kits for them, luckily for us, medical technologist students cannot attend due to their tight schedules so the kit that was supposed to be given to them was given to the 1st year midwifery students. We just removed the name tags and changed the food stabs. All went well, resourcefulness, delegation, and achieving objectives planned was seen and was executed by each members of the group. The group also had a smooth and open communication that leads to the achievement of the organizations goal.
