This is last journal , it covers well-being, health and happiness. Our mental health is closely tied to our physical health.Our lifestyle influence our physical and psychological health. The health benefits of regular exercise on the mind, body and longevity are difficult to ignore. Mental or emotional health refers to your overall psychological well-being. It includes the way you feel about yourself, the quality of your relationships, and your ability to manage your feelings and deal with difficulties.Also , some habits effect our well being such as , smoking , alcohol , drug and eating problems etc. Especially , eating problems increasing these days. This problems leads to obesity or anorexia. When I ask question my self what causes overweight and obesity ? , I think that a lack of energy balance most often causes overweight and obesity and an Inactive Lifestyle. Many teenegers aren't very physically active even me . One reason for this is that many people spend hours in front of TVs and computers doing work, schoolwork, and leisure activities .On the other hands , people with anorexia come to believe that their lives would be better if only they were thinner. These people tend to be perfectionists and overachievers. Among teenagers espicialy girls , they want to look like model who saw the television. These problems I mentioned about should be overcome .To overcome problems , we get enough rest , learn about good nutrition , exercise , limit alcohol and avoid cigarettes and other drugs and get a dose of sunlight every day.Finally , we can meet counselor. I want to talk about learned helplessness because offen I suffer it. The concept of learned helplessness was discovered accidentally by psychologists Martin Seligman and Steven F. Maier. The impact of learned helplessness has been demonstrated in a number of different animal species, but its effects can also be seen in people. Consider one often-used example: A child who performs poorly on math tests and assignments will quickly begin to feel that nothing he does will have any effect on his

math performance. When later faced with any type of math-related task, he may experience a sense of helplessness. It has also been associated with several different psychological disorders , such as depression, anxiety, phobias, shyness and loneliness . And how do you try to manage your problems? There are some coping strategies.According to Lazarus & Folkman (1984) , These strategies divede two categories. Problem-focused coping is the cognitive strategy of squarely facing ones troubles and trying to solve them. Emotion-focused coping is managing the emotional distress caused by a situation such as expressing feelings, seeking support from friends, meditation, and exercise. Problem-focused coping is typically used in situations that are perceived to be controllable e.g. work issues. Emotion-based coping is usually used in situations where the stressor is less controllable e.g. Terrorist attacks. Coping styles show diversty.Some of them are effective such as admitting the problem ,using social support etc. Some of them are not very effective such as smoking, alcohol, blaming yourself , learned helplessness etc. These subjects that I mentioned about are catchy topic for me. We learned positive psychology . It is the new branc. This particular area of psychology focuses on how to help human beings prosper and lead healthy, happy lives. Some of the major topics of interest in positive psychology include: Happiness optimism and helplessness ,mindfulness etc. According to positive psychology , money doesn't necessarily buy well-being; but spending money on other people can make individuals happier and while happiness is influenced by genetics, people can learn to be happier by developing optimism, gratitude, and altruism.

1- First of all , I need more time and more rest to create more energy . Bacause of exams,class and my sleep pattern , I offen feel tired , so rest of my time wanna get rest.When I decided to do positive experiences , these problem block me. Sometimes I try to overcome my sleep disorders but I did't do it by this time. I always postpone it because I think I didnt solve this problem , I guess i am a night person.

2 - Thanks to theories of love , i recognize that what kind of relationhip I am in.Also , I recognize that storge is more fit than eros for me.If I talked about professional life , counselee will come to me love problems and I can categorized them so I can find solution more easly.

3 - I have a project for a new year. I called Wake Up. I have a sleep disorders so this effect my academic and social life. If I wanna more succesfull firstly I must fix it. Next one month , I wanna overcome this problem.I try to get up early and then force myself to sleep in daytime , so I will want to go bed right time and eventually I can overcome my sleep disorders in a new year.

4 - According to McGonigal , If you dont think that stress is not a very bad thing , your body response agains stress is more healty. Positive thinking is important for that. If you help other people , your ego is gone. All that's left stress which give a liveliness.When you are stress free , your activities happend under subconscious level . While your stresss level is up , your limbic system come into play and f stress level is very up , you can lose control. In brief , for full performans , you must have a ideal stress level.Stress is not a bad thing.
