How To Stop Or Prevent Heart Palpitations In 3 Days Or Less Introduction

This might be your story. Youve been feeling really weird lately. Your heart seems to keep having extra beats and sometimes it has some really heavy beats. You can feel your heart beating in your throat! Its scaring you. Often, you feel dizziness associated with this irregular heart rhythm. You notice that when you go to bed at night your heart often starts skipping and fluttering. Even when you bend over to pick things up, your heart can start acting up. You feel the anxiety building. You feel as though you have too much adrenalin in your system. You really cant live with this feeling, so you go to your doctor. If your attacks are bad enough, you might even check into the ER for some emergency care. Well, what if I told you the fix was as easy as making some small changes to your lifestyle and environment, and possibly spending at most about $50 on a few critical supplements? This was my story. I suffered palpitations that scared me silly. I had attacks every single day that made me think I was dying. I knew that I could not go on living this way. I became a full time phyto-nutritional researcher, then put my skills to work. It took almost 6 years of testing and networking with others who also suffered palpitations, but I was finally able to nail the risk factors that caused my palpitations. First you must understand something about palpitations. There are two possible scenarios at play. In scenario one, your doctor has thoroughly checked you over and he/she has given you a clean bill of health. He/she says that your palps are related to anxiety or drinking too much coffee or something along those lines. He/she might even tell you that your job is too stressful and that you need to chill out a bit and relax. Get some exercise and take life a little slower. This is all good advice, but it does nothing to address the real problem. The second scenario is where your doctor has checked you over and found that you have some physical defect in your heart. It might be a prolapsed mitral valve, or maybe defective purkinje fibers in the heart that cause improper firing. If this is you, then put this report down and walk away. Nothing here will help you. If you are scenario #1 however, then keep reading. Chances are very strong that you can fix your issues in the next few days. The next thing you need to understand in order to really get the fix here, is the political environment around the health care business. You see, most of us think that the medical system is setup to help you stay well. Get that illusion out of your head fast. Health care is NOT for you. It is there for big business. Oh sure... triage care is here for you. If you break some bones, the mechanics will put you back together. Theyll patch your bones. If you need a new organ, and you are young enough, they will find another one for you. And you probably think they do this for your benefit right? Wrong! They do this so that you can keep working and earning money that they will take from you in the way of taxes and medical expenses. There is no money in the healthy and well. The money is in the sick. The USFDA works for Big Pharma. The sooner you accept this, the better. Its staffed with former pharma executives, and it acts as the policing arm for Big Pharma. Natural cures are prohibited. You cannot claim a cure unless you can run it thought the FDA approval system. And that system requires you to pay the FDA multiple millions of dollars along the way. The system is setup so that only FDA sanctioned treatments can reach the market. Anything that comes along and shows great potential for curing any kind of disease, will be quickly dealt with and buried by the FDA and their hacks. We already have the cure for most cancers - if you know where to look. We have the cure for most viruses - if you know where to look. But over the years we have quietly let the politicians put their owners on all of the major boards and committees. They control the economic leavers which no longer work for you. you paid for this is that one in four of your closest friends and relatives will die a horrible death in the jaws of disease. What the system really wants, and will get, is for you to reach 50 years old and be on a half dozen medications costing a total of about $400 or more per month. If this is you, then you are the perfect consumer. With all this in mind, Im just going to tell you my story about how I fixed my heart palpitation issues. I cannot prevent you from trying any of this yourself, but If you do, the wise thing to do is to always consult with your doctor. No two people are alike and so not two results will be the same. Anecdotally, however, I have talked with probably a hundred others around the world that have used very similar techniques with very good success. And one last note before I launch the story - Im a grumpy old sort who loves to help people. But I get very annoyed with people who dont pay attention to detail. My Story
Im not sure what's happened in these past six months, but all of a sudden I am getting swamped with informational queries on this matter. I think that every day I get probably 10 - 12 emails from people who are desperate to fix their

palpitation issues! After a while, one gets tired of typing the same stuff over and over again, and so this is why I decided to put the information in this format. I have been working on this file for nearly 10 years. I didnt just find the magic cure one day. It took me about six or seven years of research and experimentation. I studied medical sciences in university and once considered medicine as a career, but ultimately decided against it. There were a couple of problems. First of all, doctors just didn't have enough research freedom for my liking. I had a good friend in University who stayed in med school. When he graduated, we lived in the same town and became good friends for the remainder of his professional years. My friend retired in 2008 when his wife contracted cancer. She battled valiantly for three years before succumbing to a painful death. This death taught me a lot about the medical business. It reinforced what I suspected. I learned that doctors are just people like you and I, and discovered that they know very little outside of their tiny training tunnel. They have almost no time to learn anything new! Much of their new knowledge comes from day to day medical practice! How nuts is that? I had a fair bit of stress in my life from 1999 to 2002. I found a young man hanging from a support in his bath room. He was just 20 years old and had committed suicide. I cut him down and tried unsuccessfully to revive him. In the six months that followed, my father-in-law died of cancer. A month after he died, my own father died in my arms - of cancer. I was in the middle of a career change and had purchased some land to build a house near my new job, when suddenly things changed. My new work location was going to be somewhere else. I had to turn around and sell the property only a week after buying it. I had also listed my principle residence for sale. We had several showings per week. I also had a rental house a few miles away. The renter suddenly took off without notice and had ruined the inside of the house. I had to rip the carpets out and put new toilets, gyproc carpets and lino down. Meanwhile my house sold and I had to find a new one to live in. I found a new one and had had to move quickly to meet the closing dates. My work wouldnt give me the extra time I needed to move so I worked during the day and worked all night loading mobile containers with our stuff. I did this for three days. Zero sleep. I got everything moved in and was breathing easy as I drove down the road to return the rental truck to the dealer. I remember approaching an intersection where the lights were just going to red. I saw this little girl on the sidewalk next to the road. She was about 3 or 4 years old and morbidly obese. Her mother was

also morbidly obese and she was smoking. I remember thinking, OMG! Society isnt smart enough to survive! That is when it hit me. Suddenly I felt as though I was going to pass out. My heart was racing and I was dizzy. I slammed the truck into park, fearing that I would lose consciousness. But by the time the light went to green, I had snapped out of it. I got across the road fine and returned the truck. On the way home, it hit me again. I pulled over for five minutes. Then I started to drive again, but my anxiety level was through the roof. I went directly to the ER, where fortunately here in Canada I can do that without cost! I was in ER for four hours. My heart rate was 220 beats per minute. Over the next few months, I was in and out of the ER about ten times. I was beginning to be afraid to go out of the house. I though I might lose my job. I was afraid to do anything strenuous. I went to see cardiologists and other specialists and had dozens of tests including echo cardiograms, treadmill test, Holter monitor and others. When all was said and done, the doctors told me I was fine. They said there was nothing wrong with my heart. They told me to stop drinking coffee and to get more exercise. All of that did me no good. I only got worse. Eventually the doctors put me on a drug called - propaphenone" - also called Rhythmol. I used it for about three months. I really didn't like the side effects. The situation was scaring the daylights out of me. Anxiety became a real issue for me. I was desperate. I could not live like this. That is when the Irish in me kicked in. There was no way I was going to let this issue beat me. If Im in a battle and Im still breathing, the battle aint over! I immediately went to work on finding the root cause of the problem. I scoured the globe for three years - talking to doctors and researchers everywhere about the issue. I created a database of people who had palps and wrote down everything they would tell me about themselves and this issue. In four years I logged nearly 7,500 hours of research. What I found made me angry, cynical, and doubly determined. My big break came in about 2004. I accidentally discovered the disease connection to INFLAMMATION! Internal inflammation, it turns out, is the root cause of many health issues for most of us. It's a very long story how I discovered the secrets to beating inflammation, and this is already a long story, so Im going to skip to telling you exactly what I did. noticed that? Look at the blueberry ads that always push the fact that blueberries are full of anti-oxidants. Anti-oxidants prevent inflammation. This is the key. To that end, here is what I had to do to create an environment where palpitations cannot exist in my body.

Long term Changes - The Environment

I had to Learn about the pH scale and about what is acidic and what is alkaline. This is critical. I had to cut out all fish oil (I was using Costco brand omega fish oils). Fish oil has too much mercury that affects the heart. I eliminated all sources of mercury in my diet. inflammation. Mercury really triggers

I made sure that I Flossed my teeth every day. The bacteria in teeth trigger palpitations specifically. I eliminated refined sugar from my diet - I can't over emphasize this one. It causes yeast infections and feeds diseases like cancer and inflammation. I remove all mercury fillings from my teeth. Mercury in teeth is just plain stupid. No matter what your dentist says, if he tried to justify the use of amalgam fillings, then he is a dip-shit. Short Term Changes - Diet

This was the life changer for me. I got hold of some "Lily of the Desert" brand Aloe Gel. This is for internal use and is the Inner filet. It has to be kept refrigerated. I drank one ounce three times a day for the first week. After that, one ounce a day for a week, then one ounce - one or two times a week as needed. This single move brought me relief practically overnight.


I then started buying KALE from a good produce store on a regular basis. I would eat several leaves every single day! I put a handful in my smoothie in the morning and I eat several leaves after dinner at night. It is very very very anti-oxidant. I discovered that just because my palps were suddenly gone after using Aloe Gel and Kale, I shouldnt be fooled into thinking that I could go back to your old ways. I found that the palps can return very quickly. I also stopped drinking all bottled water - most bottled water is pH 5.5 or close. That is acid. I read a book and attended seminars given by Dr. Jim Levalle. The book is called Cracking the Metabolic Code. Dr. Levalle talks a lot about dysbiosis. I learned that when enzymes or hormones begin to slip, it is like knocking over that first domino. Its damn near impossible to stop the process. Here is what I did to stop that process. Trace minerals are important as well since they regulate the endocrine system to a large extent. I found Rooibos tea is great stuff. Very calming and rich in tannins. But remember that sugar and refined carbohydrates are very bad. Use honey instead.


Sugar feeds inflammation and yeast growth. Much of the problem arises from the way a person mixes their refined sugars with both simple and complex carbohydrates. When enzymatic activity is deficient, you can't handle processing certain polysaccharides and so what you end up with is a lot of gas!
