Job description
The individuals in the Claim Coordination / Client Satisfaction Support area work closely
with IBM internal functions and sales & services people.
They handle customer claims (gather the necessary documentation, gain the necessary
approvals, update the according tool, provide reports about open/closed claims) and on
the support for Client Satisfaction programs (communication with sales & services people,
track actions and updates, improve data quality in involved tools and databases, provide
reports about those records).

Working for a newly created CEEMEA Shared Services in Bratislava, you will be

and to handle customer claims according to the implemented processes. This role
involves relationship & delivery activities, will give you a deep insight into the business
and through a variety of tasks as a trusted advisor will allow growth and an

This role tests the applications and systems from a technical perspective. They
participate in Test Planning activities and develop the test design with direction from the
Test Architect. They evaluate the non-functional requirements for testability and
participates in the review of the technical acceptance criteria. They develop the test
scenarios and test cases for verifying that the "system is built right". Usually considered a
technical expert in their field, focuses on testing of Performance, Security, Load and

Financial Specialist for US GAAP in our department produces financial statement in

daily with SAP AP0 - IBM legacy platform for fixed assets. He/she assures true accounting
and summarization of IBM's business transaction and events. Furthermore he/she provides
information used by management of a business entity for decision making.
This job role may include some or all of the following activities:
• Operational transactions in SAP such as: Capitalization of IBM equipment, Depreciation
control, Transfers, updates and all Retirements of HW and SW
• Communication to customers
• Perform monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliations in accordance with Corporate, US
and local statutory and tax accounting requirements
• Financial controls, analyzes and interpreting financial data related to fixed assets accounting

The purpose of the Procurement Operations Buyer role is to create purchase orders from
approved purchase requisitions to required quality standards while meeting performance
