Internal and External applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the following vacancy in the

Maintenance Services Department, Operations Division at Zuikerbosch Water Treatment Plant. Maintenance Planner (L Hay band) OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY Reporting to the Maintenance Systems Administrator (MSA), the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a professional Maintenance Administrative support between different Departments and Planning; including update of daily equipment performance report, analyzing monthly reports and ensuring the availability of the plant to continuously supply water to our internal and external customers. PRIMARY DUTIES The critical functions will include: Compile monthly Equipment Performance reports of all Engine Rooms Evaluate, analyze and monitor Plant and Personnel Performances Maintain and monitor the integrity of the computerized maintenance management system. Coordinate RCM and RCA analysis for the site. Be well versed in Procedures for Maintenance Management Systems. Generate non-conformances to departments if there is need Maintain Professional communication between the planning department and other departments. JOB REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 or N3 coupled with a recognized trade qualification (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation). Experienced in computerized Maintenance Management Systems. Computer literate with emphasis on use of MS office package Knowledge of RCM and RCA technology and basic maintenance management is essential. A valid code B drivers license with the ability to pass Rand Waters K53 driver test. COMPETENCY PROFILE SKILLS

KNOWLEDGE Working knowledge of RCM & RCA Spreadsheets including MS excel Project Management Sound knowledge of a Maintenance management system Computer literate
