(Mis-Alignment) Pull all Blinds from the Boiler. Missing bolts on Ladders. And missing Safety Gates on Ladders as well. Missing U-Bolt on Cooling Water Line on the west side of the boiler. Install Silencer Missing Supports on Utility Air Lines Pull out shims underneath BFW393 Anchor down and grout support on BFW393 Anchor down support on Ladder on North side of Boiler Turn Check Valve on Blow Down Piping on North East Side of Boiler Power Piping Paper Work Install TI on SH379 Iso 138 Install TI on BFW391 Iso 57 Install TI on SH455 Iso 163 Install TI on SH379 Iso 145 Missing 300# RF Ball Valve Tag# FV-165A on Blow Down By Pass Iso # 044 Ping The Bolts on the East side of the Economizer Blind Flanges Install Inserta seal on drain on North Side of Boiler Mud Drum Install Unions on drains on North Side of Boiler Install Teflon pads undernesth all Stainless Pipe and structure steel Blow a hole in the Fuel Gas Skid so that it can drain. Install U-Bolt on stainless pipe at loading rack. Ping The Bolts on the on all stainless piping Run Pipe down from the high point vents from the BFW piping all the way to the ground. Fix support on Iso 143
