Objective: To work in an environment in which I can motivate students to seek knowledge in the area of history in their community, state, nation, and the world. As a teacher, I wish to help adolescent students understand social studies more effectively as social issues are becoming more predominant in their daily lives more than ever before in this day and age.

Work in Wilson Hall, a freshman dorm, by seeking to educate new students to the college in how to effectively become acclimated to the new college environment Created programs which motivated students to get more involved on campus and in the Plattsburgh community Reported students for not following college procedure or breaking campus rules regarding alcohol, drug use, and other types of prohibited actions Mediated conversations between students (roommates) with issues regarding their living situations Provided necessary services to students that required them regarding personal issues

July 2006-present Maintenance (Seasonal) Nissequogue River SP Operate and maintain the use of industrial size lawn mowers Became proficient in the operation of a tender boat to ferry people across the Nissequogue River Able to communicate with customers to the park as a tollbooth worker, relaying all messages from customers to our headquarters via radio communication. Proficient in dealing with the transfer of money at the tollbooth Closed the park at night: cleaned the main headquarters, closed the marina, put all equipment away, and locked the maintenance garage
