CHAPTER 1
Scope and Limitation
This study will encompass 30 respondents of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) graduates of batch 2000 onwards. To facilitate fast and convenient survey, respondents are intended to be professors currently employed in Far Eastern University (FEU) but can be graduate of any school with Student Apprenticeship Program in their curriculum. This study will take account of the experiences of the respondents during their OJT program whether in public practice, commerce and industry, and government sectors, and as well as their other perceptions regarding the said program. At least 5 present FEU SAP advisers and Institute of Accounts, Business and Finance (IABF) administrators will also be asked of their insights about the OJT program in general. Respondents could be of any gender.

Thus, this study will exclude BSA graduates of batch 1999 and earlier, and professors not currently employed in FEU. Aside from those that are not included in the aforementioned scope, this study will not further contain apprenticeships in the academe sector for the reason that students are not allowed to teach accounting subjects.
