HORNE, Prosecuting Attorney for Pierce County, in the name and by the authority of the State of Washington, do accuse BILLY RAY HEARN, JR of the crime of FORGERY, committed as follows: That BILLY RAY HEARN, JR, in the State of Washington, on or about the 6th day of July, 2007, did unlawfully and feloniously, with intent to injure or defraud, falsely make, complete or alter a written instrument described as follows, to-wit: a money order, and/or knowing the same to be forged, possess, utter, offer, dispose of or put off as true such written instrument, contrary to RCW 9A.60.020(1)(a)(b), and against the peace and dignity of the State of Washington. COUNT II And I, GERALD A. HORNE, Prosecuting Attorney for Pierce County, in the name and by the authority of the State of Washington, do accuse BILLY RAY HEARN, JR of the crime of FORGERY, a crime of the same or similar character, and/or a crime based on the same conduct or on a series of acts connected together or constituting parts of a single scheme or plan, and/or so closely connected in respect to time, place and occasion that it would be difficult to separate proof of one charge from proof of the others, committed as follows: That BILLY RAY HEARN, JR, in the State of Washington, on or about the 6th day of July, 2007, did unlawfully and feloniously, with intent to injure or defraud, falsely make, complete or alter a INFORMATION- 1
