Machine condition before start up the dowel removing work: A) Mold Mold Upper and Lower Mold Should be in Close condition. B) Switch Off the Machine power supply C) Switch off the operational Air and drain / exhaust the operational Air from the system (Operating Circuit) D) Blow Core should be at the Down condition. E) Cover the Blow core / Strech area with Polybag for protection. Procedure : Please follow the procedure mentioned in the following steps: 1) Disconnect Servo Motor Connector and Encoder Cable Connector.
Mark a Line on Servo Motor, Mounting flange and Gear Box for positioning.

3) Remove Servo Motor carefully. (Upper part Encoder should not touch to any Machine part)_ Precaution : Upper part of Servo Motor ( Encoder area) should not touch any part of Machine.
5) Fix 2 nos. bolts (M8 X 40) for lifting the Servo Motor Mounting Base.

Step 8. Fix Servo Motor Mounting Base.(Match as per the Marked line).
10) Fix Motor mounting Base and fix M6 X 70 Bolts (7 Nos.). Keep loose the Bolts.
11) Mount Servo Motor: Motor connection cable junction Box direction will be towards Upper Mold. (Match as per the Marked line). Do not hammer on the Servo Motor upper part (Encoder area)

12) Fix Motor mounting Bolts (M8 X 20) 4 Nos. And keep the bolts in loose condition.
13) Tight the Servo Motor Mounting base bolts (M6 X 70 ) 7 Nos.
14) Tight the Servo Motor Mounting bolts (M8 X 20) 4 Nos.

15) Connect Servo Motor supply cable connector and Encoder Cable connector.
Clean the Upper Base area properly. Ensure any tool not left at the work area. 1) Switch on the Machine Power supply (QF1). 2) Switch on Operational Air. 3) Start pump motor and open Blow Mold and Injection Mold (Upper and Lower mold). 4) Reset the Servo Motor positioning as per the below procedure: Hidden parameter ----Set Servo Bit 1 ----Rotate table in Forward condition in set mode. As it generates the Servo Setting OK alarm.
