These Rules are integrat part of the ICR
1.
The Competition
1.1
Requirements
Only such races will be taken into consideration for FIS points rankings
that meet the following requirements:
- Announcement of the competition in the International FIS Calendar.
- Additional races which are registered at the FIS office and the National
Federations being informed at least 21 days prior to the first
competition.
- Strict observance of the International Competition Rules (ICR).
1.2
Evaluation Period
Central Europe, North America and Asia.
The evaluation period for Central Europe, North America and Asia starts
October 1st and ends April 30th. Exception: FIS World Cup Points
1.2.1
Southern Hemisphere
For the Southern Hemisphere, the evaluation period starts July 1st and
ends September 30th.
1.3
Schedule Changes, Moving and Cancellation

Changes in schedule, i.e. moving the race to another date or site,
cancellation of competition, or essential changes in the race program must
at once be communicated to the:
- FIS Office, CH-3653 Oberhofen/Thunersee,

- National Associations
- Technical Delegate (TD) assigned to the competition

The Competitors
2.1
Registration
- Competitors are registered by using the FOU System on the FIS
website via the Member Section: http://www.fis-ski.com. Change the
status active to inactive for all those competitors who should not be
included on the FIS points list anymore. Competitors with the status
active will be considered as registered for the coming season. Injured
competitors must remain active with the FIS to maintain injury
protection.
- Only competitors who have signed the Athletes Declaration as per ICR
art. 203.3 may be registered for a FIS License.
The National Ski Association is responsible that they have appropriate
insurance and have signed the FIS athletes declaration.

- Active (in the FIS points list): The status active remains also if athletes
do not participate at a FIS event. Status changes from active to
inactive can only be done between 01.06. and 31.12.
- Only competitors with an active FIS code are allowed to participate in
FIS events. Entries are controlled by the Organiser and the FIS
Technical Delegate.
2.1.1
First Registration
At the time of first registration of competitors for the FIS points list, FIS
points as well as already notified FIS Code numbers (see art 2.2) must be
controlled precisely. If they are wrong, the points and the competitions
where they were earned, must be indicated.
2.2
Code Number
Only competitors (Ladies and Men) with a valid FIS code are admitted to
the races.
3.
Validity of the Individual Points Lists and Printing

Deadlines
The validity of the lists is scheduled in coordination with the competition
schedule for Olympic Winter Games, World Championships and World
Cup events.

Period of Objection
The National Associations may contest the accuracy of one FIS points list
until the printing deadline of the following list by addressing their objection
to the FIS Office. Protests received after the date indicated cannot be
considered nor may any claims be made during seeding and drawing.

4.
FIS Snowboard Points
4.1
Race Points Calculation Process

For every international competition registered in the FIS calendar, FIS
Snowboard race points are awarded from 1st place down to, and including,
100th place.
Points will be awarded to 90% of the ranked competitors, maximum to
place 100. The calculated 90% will be always rounded up (e.g. 41,1 % FIS points to place 42).

Selection of the scale for level 2, level 3 and level 4 competitions

- The calculation for the FIS point level of an international competition is
based on the average FIS points of the best 5 competitors who have
started in the respective competition (behind comma always rounded up
e.g. 380,4 - 381 points).
- At an international Snowboard competition FIS points will be awarded if
5 competitors with or without FIS points have started and at least 3
have finished.
- No matter, if only 3 or 4 competitors have finished the competition, the
division is always by 5. After the calculation of the average points, one
of the scales which are listed under item 4.1.1 is selected.
- To choose the best possible scale, the average point value must be
equal to or higher than the corresponding entry point.

4.2
FIS Points Calculation Process
4.2.1
Evaluated results
- For each new list the best two results from the previous 12 months will
be taken into considertion.
4.2.2
Recalculation during the season

- For the first competition of each list period the FIS points will be
recalculated.
4.2.3
Two or more results

- If a competitor has two or more results in the previous 12 months, the
FIS points will be calculated as follows:
- Average of the two best results
4.2.4
Improvement During One Season

- The points can be improved after each list period.

4.2.5
Deterioration between list periods
4.2.5.1
No results
- If a competitor does not have any valid results in the previous 12
months, but he has valid results in a previous FIS points list, these
results will be reduced by 80 % per 12 months.
4.2.5.2
Deterioration between periods

From one list to the next, a competitor cannot worsen his FIS point value
by more than 40%.
In case that the competitors points should worsen more than 40%
(accordingly to rules 4.2.5 and 4.2.36) a limit of 40% will apply.
4.2.5.3
One result
If a competitor has only one result in the previous 12 months, the FIS
points will be calculated as follows:
- Result minus 40 % with a maximum reduction of 80% (see no results).
4.2.6
Injury status
- Each National FIS Ski or Snowboard Association must apply to the FIS
within 3 weeks after an injury with the official form and a medical
certificate that the points will be frozen.
The application of injury status is valid for one year after the 1st start.
This is not valid for the World Cup Standing injury status.
4.2.6.1
Conditions
- After the injury date, once a competitor has started in 3 races , in one or
more events the injury status will be deleted.
- If a competitor has more than 3 starts, during this injury period, the FIS
points will be calculated according to the normal FIS points rules.
- If a competitor has less than 3 starts the better result of the following
two calculation methods will be considered:
a) normal FIS points calculation
b) reduction of 40%
- Competitors must remain registered as active with the FIS to maintain
injury protection.
4.2.7
Professional Obligations or Military Service
4.2.7.1
If a National Ski- and or Snowboard Association submits an application for

a study or military status certifying that a racer will not be able to
compete due to professional obligations (studies) or military service and
has indicated why and how long the competitor was prevented from
racing, the procedure will be handled according art 4.2.6.
4.2.7.2
Applications
Applications for status due to professional obligations or military service
must be submitted of the FIS Office prior to the beginning of the
professional obligations.

4.3
Anti-Doping Rule violation

A competitor subject to an anti-doping rule violation will have previously
achieved FIS points deleted according to article 10.1.2 FIS Anti Doping
Rules.
5.
The FIS Points lists
5.1
The FIS points lists are only available electronically and can be
downloaded free of charge from the ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Files
Recommendation: Install the FIS list programme (Fislistsetup.exe) on your
computer, also available on ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs. With this
you can easily work with the FIS points!
5.1.1
SBFPxxx.zip is the file and valid with the FIS points list program (the xxx
is always the number of the list and season - for example 1st List
2011/2012=SBFP121F.zip = full list or SBFP121P = only updated
information since last list).
5.2
The FIS Points
5.2.1
For the following disciplines, FIS points are calculated:

- Parallelslalom, Slalom, Parallel Giant Slalom, Giant Slalom & Super-G
- Halfpipe
- Snowboard Cross
- Big Air
- Slopestyle
5.2.2
Ranking List
All ladies and men (for five disciplines) up to 200th place.
5.2.3
Alphabetical List
All ladies and men (for five disciplines) with their year of birth and their FIS
points.
5.2.4
Competitors with the same FIS points

In the case there are competitors with the same FIS points, the order will
be determined by the best result. If also these results are the same, the
second best respectively the third best results will be used. If the order can
not be evaluated, both competitors receive the same place in the FIS
points list.
5.2.5
Special Identification
The competitors with penalties are identified as follows:
- Competitors which have only one result (4.2.5.3)
* Competitors which fall under rule (4.2.5.2)

6.
Registration Fees
6.1
Registration Fee per Season for each Competitor

Entries through the FOU System: The registration fee for each competitor
is CHF 33.-- during the entire season.
Entries through the FIS Office:
Until 31st December, registration fee of
CHF 33.--.
As from 1st January, registration fee of
CHF 50.--.
6.2
Registration Fee with Points Confirmation

For registrations, with an immediate FIS points confirmation (immediate
validity of the points) on request of the National Ski Association, the
registration fee is increased to CHF 80. per competitor.
6.3
Method of Payment
- Beginning of the season each NSA will receive an invoice for 70% of its
total 2011/2012 invoice that will be debited from its FIS account. At the
end of the season, each NSA will receive a detailed season invoice for
all registered athletes and the balance will either be debited or credited
through its FIS NSA account.
7.
Instructions for Organizers and Technical Delegates
7.1
Electronic Data Transmission

The results must be transmitted electronically and in FIS format (E-Mail:
AlpineResults@fisski.ch) the TD must supervise the correct transmission
of the results and make a corresponding report and also check if the
results on the website are correct. Please fax or e-mail the TD reports of
the races, which take place within 10 days before a deadline immediately
to the FIS. Results without TD and Timing reports will be no longer
included in the FIS points list. !
For results which are not sent electronically in the FIS format close to the
printing deadline, there is no guarantee that the results will be published in
the following FIS list even if they are sent on time.
The complete original documentation (results, TD reports, etc.) must also
be sent by post even in case of electronic data transmission.

Report
One original copy each of the official result lists, the form "calculation of
the penalty" or the controlled and signed penalty calculation made by
computer have to be sent by post at the latest three days after the
competition along with the official "Report of the Technical Delegate", the
Timing Technical Report form to the FIS and if necessary the Injury
Report.
7.3
Signature of the Technical Delegate

Official results and the penalty calculation made by computer must bear
the authentic signature of the Technical Delegate and the personal TD
number.
7.4
Recommendation for Evaluation or Non-evaluation

Should there be valid reasons to exclude the competition from being
evaluated for FIS points, these reasons must be indicated on the "Report
of the Technical Delegate".
If a race has to be cancelled after a large number of racers have finished;
the Technical Delegate must submit a report with a recommendation for
evaluation or non-evaluation of the race.

1.
Der Wettkampf
1.1
Voraussetzungen
Fr die FIS-Punktebewertung knnen nur Wettkmpfe herangezogen
werden, welche die nachstehenden Voraussetzungen erfllen:
- Ausschreibung im Internationalen FIS Kalender.
- Zusatzrennen die mindestens 21 Tage vor dem ersten Wettkampftag
dem FIS Bro sowie den Nationalen Verbnden gemeldet werden
- Einhaltung aller Bestimmungen der IWO.
1.2
Der Bewertungszeitraum
Mitteleuropa, Nordamerika und Asien.
Der Bewertungszeitraum fr Mitteleuropa, Nordamerika und Asien wird
vom 1. Oktober bis am 30. April festgelegt. Ausnahme: FIS Weltcup
1.2.1
Sdliche Hemisphre
Fr die sdliche Hemisphre gilt der Bewertungszeitraum vom 1. Juli bis
am 30. September.
1.3
Terminnderungen, Verschiebungen und Absagen

Terminnderungen wie rtliche und zeitliche Verschiebungen und
Absagen von Wettkmpfen, ferner wesentliche nderungen im Programm
mssen umgehend dem

2.
Die Wettkmpfer
2.1
Anmeldung
- Die Athleten knnen via FOU System auf der FIS Webseite unter der
Member Section registriert werden: http://www.fis-ski.com. Es sind all
jene Wettkmpfer mit dem Status Aktiv auf Inaktiv zu setzen, welche
nicht mehr fr die FIS-Punkteliste bercksichtigt werden sollen.
Wettkmpfer mit Status Aktiv" gelten als angemeldet fr die kommende
Saison. Wettkmpfer mit Verletztenstatus mssen als aktive
Wettkmpfer gemeldet werden und aktiv bleiben.
- Es knnen nur diejenigen Wettkmpfer aufgenommen werden, welche
die Athletenerklrung beim Nationalen Ski Verband gemss Art. 203.3
IWO unterzeichnet haben.
Der Nationale Ski Verband ist verantwortlich, dass die Athleten die
Athlenenerklrung unterzeichnet haben und gengend versichert sind.

- Aktiv (in der FIS Punkte Liste): Der Status Aktiv wird beibehalten,
auch wenn ein Athlet nicht an FIS Wettkmpfen startet. Status
nderungen von Aktiv auf Inaktiv knnen nur zwischen 01.06. und
31.12. gettigt werden.
- Nur Athleten mit einem aktiven FIS Code sind bei FIS Wettkmpfen
zugelassen. Der Organisator und der Technische Delegierte, sollen die
Anmeldungen kontrollieren.
2.1.1
Erstanmeldung
Bei der Erstanmeldung eines Wettkmpfers fr die FIS-Punkteliste
mssen die allenfalls herausgefahrenen FIS-Punkte genau kontrolliert
werden sowie auch die schon vorhandene FIS Code Nummer, welche bei
einer Anfrage erteilt wurde (Art. 2.3). Stimmen sie nicht, sind die Punkte
und die Wettkmpfe, bei denen sie erzielt worden sind, anzugeben.
2.2
Codenummer
Es werden nur Wettkmpfer (Damen und Herren) mit einem gltigen FIS
Code zu den Rennen zugelassen.
3.
Gltigkeit und Redaktionsschluss der einzelnen

Punktelisten
Die Gltigkeit der jeweiligen Listen wird im Zusammenhang mit dem
Wettkampfkalender fr Olympische Winterspiele, Weltmeisterschaften und
Weltcup koordiniert.

FIS Snowboard Punkte
4.1
Die Berechnungsmethode der Wettkampfpunkte

Fr jeden im FIS Kalender verffentlichten Wettkampf werden vom ersten
bis einschlielich dem 100. Platz FIS Snowboard Wettkampfpunkte
vergeben.
Punkte werden an 90 % der gewerteten Athleten vergeben, maximal bis
zu Platz 100. Die berechneten 90 % werden immer aufgerundet (z.B.
41.1% - FIS Punkte bis zu Platz 42).

Fr FIS Nationale Meisterschaften wird die Wettkampfstufe 3 verwendet.

Fr FIS Internationale Wettkmpfe und EYOF wird die Wettkampfstufe 4
verwendet.
4.1.2.6
Wahl der Skalen fr die Wettkampfstufen 2,3 und 4

- Die Berechnung der FIS Punkte bei Internationalen Wettkmpfen wird
aus dem Durchschnitt der 5 besten Fahrer, die in der jeweiligen
Disziplin gestartet sind, kalkuliert. (nach dem Komma wird immer
aufgerundet z.B. 380,4 381 Punkte).
- Bei einem Internationalen Snowboard Wettkampf werden FIS Punkte
vergeben wenn 5 Wettkmpfer mit oder ohne FIS Punkte gestartet sind
und mindestens 3 davon den Lauf beendet haben.
- Wenn nur 3 oder 4 Wettkmpfer den Lauf beenden, muss ebenfalls
durch 5 dividiert werden.
Durch Berechnung des obengenannten Durchschnittswertes wird eine
unter Punkt 4.1.1. aufgefhrte Liste angewendet.
- Um
die
bestmgliche

4.2.2

- Fr den ersten Wettkampf jeder Periode werden die FIS Punkte neu
berechnet.

Zwei oder mehrere Ergebnisse

- Falls ein Wettkmpfer zwei oder mehrere Ergebnisse, in den letzten 12
Monaten besitzt, werden die FIS Punkte wie folgt berechnet:

Keine Ergebnisse
- Falls ein Wettkmpfer keine gltigen Ergebnisse in den letzten 12
Monaten besitzt, aber in einer frheren Liste Ergebnisse hatte, werden
diese Ergebnisse pro 12 Monate um 80% reduziert.
4.2.5.2
Verschlechterung zwischen den Perioden

- Ein Wettkmpfer kann seine FIS Punkte von einer Liste zur nchsten
nicht mehr als 40 % verschlechtern.
- Falls gemss Artikel. 4.2.5 und 4.2.6 sich die Wettkampfpunkte mehr
als um 40 % verschlechtern, wird die Reduktion auf 40 % limitiert.
4.2.5.3
Ein Ergebnis
- Falls ein Wettkmpfer nur ein gltiges Ergebnis in den letzten 12
Monaten besitzt, werden die FIS Punkte wie folgt berechnet:

4.2.6
Verletzten Status
- Bei der FIS muss innerhalb von 3 Wochen nach dem Unfall vom
Nationalen FIS Ski oder Snowboard Verband eine Meldung des
Verletztenstatus eingereicht werden, damit seine Punkte beibehalten
werden, wobei das offizielle Antragsformular und ein rztliches Zeugnis
eingesandt werden mssen. Das Gesuch fr Verletztenstatus gilt ein
Jahr nach dem 1. Start. Dies gilt nicht fr the Weltcup Standing
Verletztenstatus.

4.2.6.1
Bedingungen
- Wenn ein Wettkmpfer nach dem Unfalldatum, in einem oder mehreren
Wettkmpfen gestartet ist, verliert er seinen Verletztenstatus.
- Hat ein Wettkmpfer mehr als 3 Starts in dieser Verletztenperiode,
werden die FIS Punkte gemss FIS-Punkte Reglement berechnet.
- Hat ein Wettkmpfer weniger als 3 Starts wird das bessere Resultat
der folgenden Mglichkeiten bercksichtigt:
a) Normale FIS Punkteberechnung
b) Verschlechterung von 40%
- Wettkmpfer mssen als aktive Wettkmpfer bei der FIS gemeldet
bleiben.
4.2.7
Berufliche Verhinderung/Militrdienst
4.2.7.1
Wenn von einem nationalen Verband ein Antrag auf Erteilung des Status
wegen beruflicher Verhinderung (Studienzeit) oder Militrdienst fr einen
Wettkmpfer eingereicht wird, aus dem die Dauer der Verhinderung
hervorgeht, wird gemss Art. 4.2.6 vorgegangen.
4.2.7.2
Antrag
Der Antrag auf Erteilung des Status wegen beruflicher Verhinderung
(Studienzeit) oder Militrdienst ist vor dem Eintritt der Verhinderung an die
FIS einzureichen.
4.3
Anti-Doping Regelverletzung
Alle erreichten FIS Punkte eines Athleten, der eine Anti-Doping
Regelverletzung gemss Art. 10.1.2. der FIS Anti-Doping Regeln begeht,
werden gelscht.
5.
Die FIS Punktelisten
5.1
Die FIS Punktelisten sind nunmehr elektronisch verfgbar und knnen

kostenlos von der ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Files abgeladen werden.
Tip: Installieren des FIS Listen Programmes (Fislistsetup.exe) auf ihrem
Computer, welches auch auf der ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs/
Seite verfgbar ist, damit sie sehr einfach mit der FIS Punkteliste arbeiten knnen.
5.1.1

aufgeladen wird (fr die xxx steht jeweils die Nummer der Liste sowie die
Listen-Saison z.B. 1.Liste 2011/2012=SBFP121.zip = vollstndige Liste
oder SBFP121P = nur nderungen seit der letzten Liste).

Fr folgende Disziplinen werden FIS-Punkte berechnet:

- Parallelslalom, Slalom, Parallel Riesenslalom, Riesenslalom & Super-G
- Halfpipe
- Snowboard Cross
- Big Air

Alphabetische Liste
Alle Damen und Herren werden (in allen fnf Disziplinen) mit dem
Geburtsjahr und den FIS Punkten aufgefhrt.
5.2.4
Lufer mit gleichen FIS Punkten

Wenn Wettkmpfer gleiche FIS Punkte aufweisen, wird die Reihenfolge
durch das beste Ergebnis bestimmt. Sind auch diese Ergebnisse gleich,
wird das zweitbeste bzw. das drittbeste Ergebnis herangezogen. Kann die
Reihenfolge auf diese Weise nicht ermittelt werden, erhalten beide Lufer
den gleichen Rang in der FIS Punkteliste.
5.2.5
Spezielle Kennzeichnung
Wettkmpfer mit Zuschlgen werden wie folgt gekennzeichnet:
- Wettkmpfer mit nur einem gltigen Ergebnis (4.2.5.3)
* Wettkmpfer, welche unter Artikel 4.2.5.2 fallen
< Keine Ergebnisse (4.2.5.1)
# Wettkmpfer mit Verletztenstatus (4.2.6 a oder b)

Anmeldegebhren
6.1
Anmeldegebhr pro Wettkmpfer und Saison

Einschreibungen mit dem FOU System: Die Einschreibegebhr fr die
gesamte Saison betrgt CHF
33.--.
Einschreibungen ber das FIS Bro:
bis 31. Dezember CHF 33.--. Ab
1. Januar CHF 50.--
6.2
Anmeldegebhr mit Punktebesttigung

Muss bei einer Anmeldung auf Wunsch des nationalen Verbandes eine
Punktebesttigung (= sofortige Gltigkeit der Punkte) versandt werden,
erhht sich die Einschreibegebhr auf CHF 80 pro Wettkmpfer.
6.3.
Zahlungsmodus
Zu Beginn der Saison erhlt jeder Nationale Verband eine
Pauschalrechnung von 70% der Totalrechnung aus der Saison
2010/2011. Dieser Betrag wird dem FIS Konto belastet. Ende Saison
erhlt jeder Nationale Verband eine detaillierte Saisonrechnung fr alle
eingeschriebenen Athleten und Wettkmpfe. Der Pauschalbetrag wird in
dieser Rechnung abgezogen und der Saldo dem FIS NSA Konto belastet.

Bestimmungen fr Organisatoren und Technische

Delegierte
7.1
Elektronische bermittlung
Die Resultate sind elektronisch und im FIS-Format (E-Mail:
AlpineResults@fisski.ch) zu bermitteln. Der TD hat die korrekte
bertragung der Resultate zu berwachen, darber in seinem Rapport
Bericht zu erstatten sowie zu berprfen, dass die korrekten Resultate auf
der Webseite sind. Bitte die TD Berichte der Rennen, welche innerhalb
von 10 Tagen vor dem folgenden Redaktionsschluss stattfinden,
unmittelbar per Fax oder E-Mail an die FIS senden. Ohne TD- und
Zeitmessungsberichte werden keine Resultate mehr in der FIS Punkteliste
bercksichtigt.
Fr Resultate, die nicht elektronisch im FIS-Format bermittelt werden,
kann im Zeitraum des Redaktionsschlusses keine Garantie gegeben
werden, dass die Resultate in der kommenden FIS Punkteliste
verffentlicht werden, auch wenn diese zeitgerecht eintreffen

Berichterstattung

offiziellen
Ergebnislisten,
das
Formular
FIS-Punktezuschlagsberechnung oder die kontrollierte und unterschriebene

sind sptestens drei Tage nach Beendigung des Wettbewerbes in je
einem Exemplar mit dem offiziellen "Bericht des Technischen
Delegierten", Timing Technical Bericht und falls notwendig den
Verletztenbericht an die FIS einzureichen.
7.3
Unterschrift des Technischen Delegierten

Die Ergebnislisten und die Computerzuschlagsberechnung mssen mit
der eigenhndigen Unterschrift des Technischen Delegierten und der
persnlichen TD-Nummer versehen sein.

7.4
Antrag auf Wertung oder Nichtwertung

Sollten Grnde vorliegen, den Wettbewerb fr die FIS-Punktebewertung
nicht in Betracht zu ziehen, mssen diese im "Bericht des Technischen
Delegierten" aufgefhrt sein.
Muss ein Wettbewerb abgesagt werden, nachdem eine grosse Zahl von
Wettkmpfern das Ziel erreicht hat, so erstellt der Technische Delegierte
einen Bericht mit Empfehlung auf Wertung oder Nichtwertung.

Ces Rglements sont partie intgrale du RIS.
1.
La comptition
1.1
Conditions pralables
Pour l'attribution des points FIS, seuls les concours remplissant les
conditions suivantes seront pris en compte:
- Le concours doit figurer au calendrier international de la FIS.
- Les comptitions FIS ajoutes au calendrier devront tre enregistres
la FIS au moins 21 jours avant le dbut de la premire comptition et
les Fdrations Nationales devront tre informes dans les mme
dlais.
- Les rglements des concours internationaux de ski (RIS) doivent tre
strictement respects.
- Le concours doit avoir lieu durant les priodes d'valuation
mentionnes l'art. 3.
1.2
Priodes de validation
Europe centrale, LAmerique du Nord et Asia.
La priode de validation pour lEurope centrale, LAmerique du Nord et
Asia est fixe du 1 octobre au 30 avril. Exception: Points FIS Coupe du
Monde.
1.2.1
Hmisphre sud
Pour lhmisphre sud, la priode de validation est fixe du 1er juillet au
30 septembre.
1.3
Changements de dates, reports et annulations

Les changements de dates, lieux et annulations de comptitions, ainsi que
les changements importants de programme doivent tre communiqus
sans dlai au

Les concurrents
2.1
Inscription
Lenregistrement des nouveaux concurrents se fait par le biais du FOU
System en utilisant le site Web de la FIS par le http://www.fis-ski.com.
Veuillez changer le statut actif en statut inactif pour tous les
comptiteurs qui ne doivent plus tre sur les listes FIS dornavant. Les
concurrents avec le statut actif seront considrs comme inscrit pour la
saison venir. Les concurrents avec le statut de bless doivent tre
inscrits comme actifs pour conserver leur statut de bless. Seuls les

concurrents ayant sign la dclaration d'athlte selon art. 203.3 du RIS

pourront tre inscrits.
Les associations nationales sont responsables quil ait sign la dclaration
dathlte et quil soit assur.
- Actif (sur les listes FIS). Le statut actif reste appliqu si lathlte ne
participe aucune comptition FIS. Le changement de statuts de
actif inactif peut seffectuer du 01.06. au 31.12.
- Seulement les comptiteurs avec un code FIS actif sont autoris
participer aux comptitions FIS. Les inscriptions doivent tre contrles
par l'organisateur et par le dlgu technique FIS (DT)
2.1.1
Premire inscription
Lors de la premire inscription d'un concurrent sur la liste des points FIS,
ses points FIS, ainsi que son numro de code FIS (art. 2.2) doivent tre
prcisment contrls. S'ils ne concordent pas, les comptitions au cours
desquelles ces points ont t obtenus sont prciser.
2.2
Numro de code
Seuls les comptiteurs (Dames et hommes) avec un code FIS valide
seront admis sur les comptitions.
3.
Dlais de rdaction et dure de validit des listes

La validit des listes sera coordonne avec le calendrier des Jeux
Olympiques d'Hiver, des Championnats du Monde et de la Coupe du
Monde.

Les points seront attribus 90% des concurrents classs, jusquau

Catgories des courses
4.1.2.1
Courses de catgorie 1: Echelle 1000

Jeux Olympiques dHiver, Championnats du Monde, Coupe du Monde
sont classes dans la 1re catgorie.
4.1.2.2
Championnats du Monde Junior sont des courses dchelle entre 500 et 360.
4.1.2.3
Courses de catgorie 2: Echelle entre 500 et 50

Les Coupes Continentales et Universiade sont des courses de catgorie

Les championnats nationaux FIS sont des courses de catgorie 3

Courses de catgories 4: Echelle entre 260 50

Les comptitions FIS Internationales et EYOF sont des courses de
catgorie 4.
4.1.2.6
Choix de l'chelle pour les courses de catgories 2, 3 et 4

- Le calcul du niveau de la course est bas sur la moyenne des points
des 5 meilleurs coureurs ayant pris le dpart de la comptition (toujours
arrondi ex. 380,4 381 points).
- Les points ne pourront tre attribues lors dune course FIS que si 5
coureurs avec ou sans points FIS ont pris le dpart et que 3 ont termin
la course.
- Si seulement 3 ou 4 comptiteurs ont termin la course, la division des
points se fait toujours avec 5. Aprs avoir calcul la moyenne , une des
chelles figurant sous 4.1.1 sera applique.
- Afin de choisir l'chelle la meilleure possible, la valeur de la moyenne
des points doit tre gale ou suprieur aux points de classement
correspondant.

4.2
Calcul des points FIS
4.2.1
Comptitions values
Pour chaque nouvelle liste, seront pris en compte les deux meilleurs
rsultats des 12 mois prcdents.
4.2.2
Re-calcul pendant la saison

Pour la premire comptition de chaque priode les points FIS seront rcalculs.
4.2.3
Deux rsultats ou plus

Si un coureur a 2 rsultats ou plus pendant les 12 mois prcdents, les
points FIS seront calculs comme suit :
- moyenne des 2 meilleurs rsultats.

4.2.4
Amlioration durant une saison

Les points peuvent tre amliors aprs chaque priode de validit d'une
liste.
4.2.5
Dgradation entre 2 priodes
4.2.5.1
Pas de rsultat
Si un concurrent na pas de rsultats pendant les 12 mois prcdents,
mais quil avait des rsultats sur les listes FIS prcdentes, ces rsultats
seront rduits de 80% tous les 12 mois.
4.2.5.2
Dgradation entre deux priodes

La dgradation des points d'un comptiteur ne peut pas dpasser 40 %
d'une liste la prochaine.
En cas de dgradation suprieure 40%, une limite de 40 % sera
applique (selon les articles 4.2.5 et 4.2.6)
4.2.5.3
Un rsultat
Si un concurrent n'a qu'un rsultat pendant les 12 mois prcdents, les
points FIS seront calculs comme suit:
Rsultat moins 40 % avec une rduction maximum de 80% (voir aucun
rsultat)
4.2.6
Statut des blesss

La Fdration Nationale de Ski ou Snowboard doit informer la FIS
pendant les 3 semaines aprs laccident, avec le formulaire officiel
accompagn dun certificat mdical pour que les points soient gels. La
demande de statut de bless est valable pour une anne aprs le premier
dpart de course. Ceci nest pas valable pour le statut de bless du
classement de la Coupe du Monde.
4.2.6.1
Limitations
- Aprs la date de blessure, ds que le coureur aura pris 3 dparts dans
une ou plusieurs comptitions il perdra le statut de bless.
- Si un comptiteur prendre plus de 3 dparts pendant cette priode de
blessure, les points FIS seront calcul normal des points FIS.
- Si un comptiteur prendre peu de 3 dparts les points FIS seront
calcul selon la meilleure solution avec les possibilits suivantes:
a) calcul normal des points FIS
b) dgradation de 40%
- Les concurrents doivent tre inscrits comme concurrents actifs et pour
conserver le staut de bless.
4.2.7
Obligations professionnelles ou militaires
4.2.7.1
Lorsqu'une association nationale demande lobtention dun statut de

bless pour des raisons d'obligations professionnelles (tudes) ou de
service militaire, avec indication de la dure de l'empchement, l'art. 4.2.6.
sera appliqu.

4.2.7.2
La demande pour l'application du statut pour des raisons d'obligations

professionnelles ou de service militaire doit tre dpose la FIS avant la
priode concerne.
5.1
Violation du rglement Anti dopage

Selon larticle 10.1.2 de la FIS rgle antidopage, un concurrent qui a
commis une violation des rgles antidopage verra ses points FIS
prcdemment obtenus supprims.
5.
La liste des points FIS
5.1
Les listes des points FIS sont seulement disponible lectroniquement et

peuvent
tre
tlcharges
sans
frais
partir
du:
ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Files.
Recommandation: Installez le programme de la liste FIS (Fislistsetup.exe)
sur votre ordinateur, le programme est aussi disponible sur
ftp://ftp.fisski.ch/Software/Programs. Si vous avez ce programme vous
pouvez travailler facilement avec les points FIS.
5.1.1
SBFPxxx.zip est le fichier fonctionnant avec le programme de la liste des

points FIS (par xxx on entend le numro de la liste et la saison par
exemple 1re liste 2011/2012 = SBFP121F.zip = liste complte, ou
SBFP121P = seulement les mises jour depuis la dernire liste).
5.2
La liste des points FIS
5.2.1
Les points FIS seront calculs pour les disciplines suivantes:

- Slalom parallle, Slalom, Slalom Gant parallle, Slalom Gant et
Super-G
- Halfpipe
- Snowboard Cross
- Big Air
- Slopestyle
5.2.2
La liste chronologique
Toutes les dames et hommes (cinque disciplines) jusqu' la 200me place.
5.2.3
La liste alphabtique
Toutes les dames et les hommes (cinque disciplines) ainsi que l'anne de
naissance du coureur et ses points FIS seront mentionns.
5.2.4
Comptiteurs avec les mme points FIS

Si des comptiteurs ont les mme points FIS, lordre sera dtermin par le
meilleur rsultat.
Si ces rsultats sont aussi les mmes, on tiendra compte du second
meilleur rsultat, puis du troisime rsultat. Si lordre ne peut pas tre
valu, les deux comptiteurs recevront la mme place dans la liste des
points FIS.

5.2.5

6.
Redevances dinscription
6.1
Redevances d'inscription par concurrent

Inscription avec le FOU systme: droits denregistrement 33 CHF
pendant toute la saison.
Inscription par le bureau FIS:
Jusquau 31 dcembre CHF 33, partir
du 1er janvier le droit denregistrement
est de 50 CHF.
6.2
Cot denregistrement avec confirmation des points

Pour un enregistrement avec confirmation immdiate des points
FIS(validit immdiate des points) la demande de lassociation
nationale, le cot de lenregistrement est de 80 CHF par coureur.
6.3
Mode de paiement
Au dbut de la saison, chaque NSA recevra une facture de 70% de sa
facture totale de 2009/2010 qui sera dbite sur son compte FIS. la fin
de la saison, chaque NSA recevra une facture dtaille de lensemble des
athltes et des comptitions enregistres, le solde d sera dbit sur son
compte FIS.
7.
Instructions pour organisateurs et dlgus techniques
7.1
Transmission lectronique des rsultats

Les rsultats doivent obligatoirement tre transmis par voie lectronique et
dans le format FIS (E-mail: alpineresults@fisski.ch). Le DT doit sassurer
de la bonne transmission des rsultats et en faire mention dans son
rapport et galement cntroler que les rsultats sur la site web sont
correct . Les rapports des DT des courses devront tre envoys par Fax
ou E-mail la FIS ds la fin des preuves concernes et ce dans un dlai
de 10 jours. Sans les rapports du DT et du chronomtrage aucun rsultat
ne sera pris en compte pour la liste de points FIS.
Pour les rsultats non transmis lectroniquement selon le format FIS dans
une priode proche de ldition dune liste FIS, aucune garantie ne peut
tre donne que les rsultats soient pris en compte pour la prochaine liste
de points FIS, mme s'ils arrivent dans les dlais.

Une copie originale de chaque liste officielle de rsultats avec le document
FIS de calcul de la pnalit ou le document de calcul de la pnalit ralis
par ordinateur et sign doivent tre envoy la FIS par la poste au plus
tard dans les 3 jours aprs la comptition avec le rapport du DT. le
document FIS du chronomtrage et si ncessaire le rapport daccident.
7.3
Signature du DT
Les rsultats officiels et le calcul de la pnalit fait par ordinateur doivent
comporter la signature authentique du DT ainsi que son numro.
7.4
Recommandations pour validation ou non validation.

- Sil y a des raisons valables pour ne pas valider une comptition pour
les points FIS, ces raisons doivent tre indiques dans le rapport du
DT.
- Si une course doit tre annule aprs quun grand nombre de
comptiteurs aient termin la course, le DT doit soumettre un rapport
avec ses recommandations pour validation ou non validation de la
course.
