The PVPE Air Packer has the Lowest Cost of Ownership in its class, because it will reduce time and labour to fill valve bags.

The PVPE (Pneumatic Valve Packaging Equipment) is an air flow bagger designed to fill dry solids, like granulated pellets, cement, adhesives, renders, powders, small aggregates and flaked products into valve bags. The PVPE works on the basis of air fluidisation of the product and differential pressure resulting in product flow into valve bags. The PVPE Packer weighs the bag and contents as it is being filled. The air flow system is capable of high production rates, (6-8 bags per minute) while maintaining accuracy. Ideal for PVC Powder, Renders, Cement, Sand or Lime Products, Tile Adhesives, as well as Flour, Breadcrumbs and similar free flowing foods. This packer also packs products sensitive to augering like pierlite and pedrite.

How the PVPE Air Packer Works

PVPE Air Packer fills bags by weight. The PVPE can be configured for manual placement & removal of valve bags, manual placement with automatic removal or an automatic placement and removal solution. 1. The bagger is fed from an overhead hopper, silo or mixer containing the product to be bagged. 2.  The packing cycle begins by managing a charge of material from the overhead vessel into the PVPE holding chamber. 3.  Low pressure air is applied to a fluidising bed in the bottom of the chamber and product will flow when the nozzle valve is opened. 4.  The PVPE packer works on differential pressure forcing product into the valve bag at 5-8 bags/ minute. 5.  Electronic weighing and supervisory Programmable Logic Control (PLC) monitors the bag weight and controls the bag filling using a fast, then for improved accuracy, a slow feed phase. 6.  A kicker table automatically ejects the bag at the completion of the cycle. The cycle repeats, with a new bag fed onto the feed tube.

General Geometry Height Is the height of your ceiling, for a standard packer OK? You need to have at least 2350mm under the overhead bins. i will need the packer modified to meet your available height clearance (provide sketch or drawing) Overhead Bin Coupling I have a coupling on the overhead bins that matches the 300mm Diam Spigot on the Inlet of your packer Please supply an optional adapter to marry my existing overhead bin outlet to the packer inlet (sketch or drawing) Please supply the optional 300mm Diam x 500mm long flexible sock complete with clamps
