Ingredients for Chili Potato

How to make Chili Potato

Ingredients 4 large sized potatoes, parboiled 1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun) 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak) 1 tsp chopped green chillies 1 tsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp chilli sauce 2 tsp cornflour 4 tbsp oil salt to taste For the garnish sliced spring onions Method eel and cut the cooked potatoes into fingers! "eat the oil in a #ok o$er a high flame, add the potato fingers and cook for a fe# minutes till they turn golden bro#n! %rain on an absorbent paper and keep aside! In the same oil, add the garlic, ginger and green chillies and stir& fry for a fe# seconds! 'dd the potato fingers, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, chilli sauce and salt! Mi( the cornflour in ) cup of #ater! 'dd to the mi(ture and cook for 1 to 2 minutes!*er$e hot topped #ith spring onions!

Ingredients 1 1/2 cups cooked instant noodles 1/2 cup sweet corn (makai ke dane), cooked and crushed 2 green chillies, finely chopped 2 spring onions, finely chopped / tbsp tomato ketchup 1/2 cup grated processed cheese 1/2 cup bread crumbs salt to taste black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste Other ingredients bread crumbs for coating oil Method In a bo#l, combine the noodles, s#eet corn,green chillies, spring onions, ketchup, cheese, bread crumbs, salt and pepper and mi( #ell using your hands! %i$ide the mi(ture into 12 e4ual portions and shape into cutlets! 5oat the cutlets #ith dried bread crumbs and shallo# fry in oil on both sides till golden bro#n! *er$e hot #ith ketchup or green chutney!

Cheese Dip Ingredients //4 cup processed cheese 2 tbsp fresh cream 1 green chilli, chopped 1 tbsp #hite vinegar a pinch of salt Method ut the cheese, cream and $inegar in a blender and blend! If you find the mi(ture $ery stiff, add a little milk! 6emo$e from the blender, add a pinch of salt and the green chilli!
