Ingredients 4 large sized potatoes, parboiled 1 tsp finely chopped garlic (lehsun) 1/2 tsp finely chopped ginger (adrak) 1 tsp chopped green chillies 1 tsp tomato ketchup 2 tbsp soy sauce 1/2 tsp chilli sauce 2 tsp cornflour 4 tbsp oil salt to taste For the garnish sliced spring onions Method eel and cut the cooked potatoes into fingers!
