(3) The registration number allocated to you by EMAIL from HCS is exclusi ve to you and your organization and is non-transferable. (4) You may not use the program on more than one computer or work-station at a time in a network or multi-user system. Unless, you purchase an additional license per work-station. (5) You may not Modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemb le, create derivative works based on, or copy (except for the backup copy ) the program or accompanying documentation. (6) You agree not to incorporate the software into any other software whi ch you may sell or distribute for your own or any commercial gain. EVALUATION AND REGISTRATION ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is 30-day trial version. Non-registered users of CoolDUCT are grante d a limited license to evaluate the program's suitability for their requireme nts. Any usage of CoolDUCT beyond the evaluation time period requires registra tion. Use of non-registered copies CoolDUCT beyond the original evaluation peri od is prohibited. This trial version is fully functional. After fifteen days of installation, a message for registration will appear each time. When paym ent is received you will be sent a registration code to disable the message. Complete information on how to register CoolDUCT is included in the ORDER.TXT file. You can view and print the file from any text editor such as Windows Wordpad or MS Word. CoolDUCT is licensed on per computer/user basis. One registered copy of the software may either be used by a single person

who uses the software personally on one computer, or installed on a singl e workstation used non simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
