1) Definition:Managementmeansavarietyofactivitiesconductedbytheregionalarts partnerorganizationstaffthatarenotidentifiablewithanyoneprimaryorganizational functionbutthatareindispensabletotheconductofallprimaryfunctionsandtothe organizationscorporateexistence. 2) Goal:Themanagementelementoftheorganizationseekstoensurethattheorganization hasthenecessaryresources(human,financial,facilities,andequipment)toeffectively implementprogramsandservicesandhaveapositivepresenceinthecommunity. 3) BestPractices:Themanagementbestpracticesareorganizedintothefollowingcategories andwerecompiledforthePartnerstousetoenhanceperformanceintheseareas: 1) ProgramManagement a.
