INTRODUCTION: Todays baking industry must first and foremost adapt to changing eating habits around the world. The range of available products is expanding and becoming increasingly international. Consumer demand for convenience foods and health products that contain low levels of fats, sugar, and calories is also growing. And also, consumers want it all great service, competitive prices and uni!ue, flavorful foods. "n short, they want a memorable dining experience. #o, we decided to establish a $read %ueens mission is providing responsive, personal service and support we will consistently meet and exceed the needs of ever&evolving marketplace.

At $read %ueens, we put our heart and soul into every product we make. 'e live and work by a set of values and driven by our commitment to always deliver on our promises. (or over five years preparations we assure that we provide the customer a highest !uality of baked products at the best possible value. $read %ueens always delivers satisfaction.

$read %ueens is an establishment that produces and sells flour& based food baked in an oven such as breads, cakes, pastries and pies. "t upholds stringent !uality standards and has a (ood #afety )rogram in place to assure !uality across our operations, from incoming ingredients to delivery of finished goods.

A.) NAME OF THE FIRM The business proponents came up with the $read %ueens as the name of their business. The word *$read+ refers to the baked products that we offered to our beloved customer. MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY

1very member of the management is expected, as an essential part of his or her responsibilities, to promote interests in the workplace to act within the framework of the companies principles and corporate policies. To be effective and efficient the people should know their duties and responsibilities in the company.

General Manager : the one who has the right to supervised the overall transaction within the company. As a general manager she must ensure that the company will implement and maintains the policies, rules and regulations within the organi,ation. #he must follow the Company sales and production planning standards and will ensure that the subordinates achieves the standards of performance as outlined in the work plan. 0eneral -anager will also ensure all new employees associates receive proper training and supervision and will ensure correct ordering, receiving, unloading, storage, and rotation of merchandise and building of displays.

Assistant General Manager & are responsible to assist the general manager implement the policies, rules and regulation and also to make

sure that all them are performing all the duties and ;ob functions. #he must follow approved procedures for receiving product, price marking, and restocking cases to ensure !uality protection, accuracy, and product rotation. #he will assist customers and will properly

merchandise products in display cases and price correctly according to company standards.

Finan e Manager : whose duty is to act a cash custodian of the company and does all the financial planning schemes as well as the investment schemes. As a finance manager she is responsible to ensure that all the transactions are properly recorded and have a supporting document.

Cas!iers : "n Charge of the counter area and see to it all orders are accurately served and paid. And also the responsible for any discrepancy in terms of cash. #erve as the primary factor of customer satisfaction. Ba"er # is the most reliable and trained crew of the business. 5e is in charge in production of the baked products. 5e is responsible for the observance of !uality and !uantity of products being served. #erve as
