What is Judith's proven recipe in dishing up Gourmet On Tour's gold standard 80-plus scheduled and tailor-made itineraries across Europe, the U.S., Asia and Morocco?
She shares her secrets here.

First, Judith says, "My goal is to create one-of-a-kind experiences for seasoned foodies who want to se the world a little differently. Each location is selected for its character and individuality. To make you feel at home and to gain a genuine feel for the region as invited guest, not a tourist. I personally guarantee superior quality, authentic and intimate cooking experiences and a total cultural immersion-with memories to last a lifetime!"
Second, Judith explains, "I petsonalty develop and design each bespoke program, and plan each tour with great care. \ile visit each venue to ensure high standards are maintained. There will always be amazing food, whether cooking with a Michelin-starred chef in F'rance or preparing a feast with a local mamma in a Tuscan farmhouse. It's not all luxury, all the time, either. Rather, it's a mix in sampling a region's most refined cuisines and its traditionally rustic celebrations. These are unique encounters you can't finesse on your own-such as exclusive aceess to private kitchens and stellar wine

cellars."

Third, Judith insists on raising the bar for even the most jaded. "f'm always looking for new and unique experiences. Such as the rare and coveted opportunity of cooking with Michelin-staned chefs; we have six such chefs in ltaly, France and the UK welcoming our guests into their kitchens. In 2010, we expanded our hugely popular truflle hunting excursions across France and ltaly. Also, there are very few culinary tours in China. Gourmet On Tour has been a pioneer and conducting superior offerings for years in this new market. In 2010, we launched our bespoke Shanghai culinary adventures with a dedicated team of top-notch chefs and outstanding food guides."
Fourth, Judith loves serving up a delectable smorgasbord of international cuisines. "I've researched and developed culinary adventures in every corner of the world. Our current destinations include ltaly, France, U.K., Ireland, Spain, Morocco, China" Thailand, Bali and the U.S. No other culinary tour operator offers such an anay. It helps that I'm conversant in English, German, French, Spanish and Chinese," Judith states.

Fifth, corporate superstars benefit from Gourmet on Tour's in-depth and intimate connections. "American Express Centurion, Michelin, Citibank, Discovery Channel, BNP Paribas, Food & Wine and Accenture have benefited from Gourmet On Tour's marketing impact on their client relations and employee team-building. From kitchen to boardroom, the camaraderie and teamwork prevail with lasting impact" Judith points out.
She continues, "ln 2010, we partnered with MasterCard and designed exclusive culinary tours throughout France,Italy, California" Bali and Australia for premium card holders. Also in 2010, we designed an exciting culinary itinerary in Thailand for the executive chef of one ofthe world's leading airline caterers. The creative brief was to research new and exciting menus for first and business class cabins. Client feedback? "Because of your assistance we won the contract!" so Johan Strom at LSG Sky Che.

Last but not least, as the mother of four year-old Colette, Judith believes in giving back. In fall, 2010 Judith organized a chef s challenge in Shanghai to prepare a wholesome family meal. Carried out by some of Shanghai's renowned chefs, the event was widely publicized by the local media (please see the attached Shanghai family magazine article). She's active with "Giving Treeo" a project serving underprivileged children in Chinese orphanages. This year's initiative gifted essential food and clothes for over 26,000 kids. (Please see "Giving Tree" attachment and Judith's sponsored children.)

Recognized as *travel specialist'n in 2010 by the Italian Tourism Board and Thai Tourism Authority, Judith has been asked by Sony Pictures Home Entertainment to

Much like leading lady Julia Roberts' rejuvenating her spirit with delicious nourishment in ltaly, lucky journos from the national newspapers and magazines in the UK will be treated to a matchless culinary tour in Tuscany.
