: This course is designed to enhance the


knowledge, desirable attitudes and skills of students in accordance with industry standards. It covers core competencies such as: preparing freehand drawing, constructing geometrical figures, orthographic projection, pictorial drawing, and performing shop maintenance. It also includes competencies in workplace communication, team work, safety use of drawing tools, and housekeeping.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS Students who wish to enroll in the course must:


Have potential/skill as per High School Occupational Interest Inventory (HSOII) results. Possess desirable and healthy attitude towards skill activities. Have passed interview and aptitude test. Submit the following documents: Form 138 Parent consent Medical certificate issued by a government physician Certificate of good moral character

Must be a holder of Technical Drafting NC II. Must have undergone training on Training Methodology II (TM II). Must be computer literate. Must be physically and mentally fit. Must have at least 2 years job/industry experience Must be a civil service eligible or appropriate professional license issued by the Professional Regulatory Commission (for government position).

1. Drawing pencils are selected based on specific job requirements. 2. Proper care and manipulation of drawing tools, materials and equipment are observed and practiced. 3. Techniques on line exercises are demonstrated according to standard procedure. 4. Shading techniques are applied in accordance with standard specification. 5. Pencil rendering techniques are applied making use of appropriate drawing materials. 6. Creativity on value scale in shading is applied.
