Space is available on a first come, first served basis. Upon receipt of your registration, we will send you a confirmation and set-up details. Payment is required prior to the start of the conference. Exhibitors can register up to two (2) additional attendees for $200 each. A separate registration form should be completed for each additional registrant. (Forms may be faxed to 800-785-9212). Checks should be made payable to BLR and mailed to: BLR, Attn: Rachel Bodine, or September Turner, P.O. Box 5094, Brentwood, TN 37024. Any balance on total booth space will be due no later than 30 days prior to the event. Any contract received after this date must be paid in full. If payment in full is not received on time, BLR reserves the right to withdraw the contract. Full fee forfeiture if unable to attend.
EXHIBITOR INSURANCE/HOLD HARMLESS/ CANCELLATION CLAUSE Exhibitor, their contractors and suppliers working in the exhibit hall are required to carry general liability insurance in an amount of at least equal to $1,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 per claim, or, if greater, such amount as may be required by the convention facility, and shall supply BLR with a certificate evidencing such coverage and naming BLR as an additional insured with right to at least ten days advance written notice of termination. Exhibitors must operate and maintain their exhibit so that no injury will result to any person or property. Hazardous and nuisance-causing giveaways are prohibited. Exhibitor shall indemnify and hold harmless BLR and the conference/exhibit facility for all liability in any way related to Exhibitors exhibit or any act or omission of exhibitor or any of its employees or agents; including, without limitation, infringement of any trademark, copyright or other rights of any third parties, accident or injury to invitees, guests, exhibitors, their agents and employees and including loss or damage to personal property. If BLR should be prevented from holding the exposition for any reason beyond BLRS control (such as, but not limited to damage to building, riots, strikes breached by exposition location, acts of government or acts of God), then BLR has the right to cancel the exposition or any part thereof, with no further liability to the exhibitor other than a refund of exhibit fees less a proportionate share of the exposition cost incurred.
