Hornsey Park Surgery 114 Turnpike Lane, Hornsey, London N8 0PH Dear Sir / Madam,

1. I refer to the matter above in respect to Mrs Velans undated letter and your subsequent message via a note attached to the prescription to me which I received on 08/10/13 and 11/10/13 respectively. Both attempts had occurred in the space of 4days intending that I book an appointment. 2. On 11/10/13 at the point in time when I was collecting my repeat prescription, the clerk at the counter in your surgery told me that I would not be allowed to make further order of repeat prescription subject to the condition that I book an appointment to see a nurse. I was horrified and appalled by such coercion. 3. I have for decades since I was registered under the care of Dr K P Gan, been receiving repeat prescriptions without the fuss of any review whatsoever. Doctors repeat Prescriptions are intended ordinarily for long term as required without string attached or condition. The patient has an unconditional legal right to healthcare under the Act. It is his entitlement. Treatment 4. Please be informed that I am a competent adult. I have several ongoing Appeal (judicial process) in progress in the Court of law. I am determined to seek justice to the best of my ability. I therefore must strenuously object to any acts / omissions that I see as unlawful, prejudicial and detrimental to me. The intention to deprive ones medical needs is clearly wrong. 5. The misuse of ones position and public office to gain advantage over a victim, whether to aid/abet another or for any personal interest whatsoever is unacceptable. I was threatened then by your staff at the Surgery who coerced me to book an appointment to see a nurse for a review before the next order for a repeat prescription. 6. I strongly believe this staff was under undue influence from her superior / the authorities concerned. The surgery is aware of my circumstances and my judicial proceedings via shared information. I am a qualified professional and a competent adult. I regret, but must state categorically that I do not consent to your overtures particularly review as there is a real danger of prejudice against my legal cases i.e. judicial proceedings pending in the Law Courts / Tribunal. 7. Thank you for your letter. Unfortunately I must reject your review for the said reasons above. 8. Please find enclosed my order for a repeat prescription. 9.
