The S"pplier shall inti!ate the sched"le date of testing of first consign!ent of each si;e of ca%le to ADWEA at least )2 da#s in advance. All defects detected as a res"lt of testing shall %e repaired %# !an"fact"rer and the failed tests shall %e repeated prior to ship!ent of the !aterial. All res"lts of s"ch repairs and repeat tests shall %e doc"!ented and !"st %e !ade availa%le to the ADWEA. Acceptance of an# !aterial %# the ADWEA Engineer shall not relieve the S"pplier and the Jan"fact"rer fro! an# of their perfor!ance g"arantees or fro! an# other contract"al o%ligations. 5* EVALUATION OF OFFER
