BBQ and Canteen facilities available at each session. TM Nominations - $5.00 per event (NO Paper nominations will be accepted) Friday 8th November 2013 at 6pm. All nominations are to be submitted through your Club Race Secretary via Team Manager. Age groups for each event are as stated in the program, no exceptions will be made. Late nominations may be accepted up to half an hour before commencement of the meet, subject to lane availability. Late entries will incur a cost of $20 per event. Team Manager Entries including the TM File, Entry and Fee Reports must be emailed to brothersracesec@hotmail.com Payment must be received no later than Thursday 14th November. Age as at Saturday 23rd November 2013 Swimmers competing on Sunday must turn 11 yrs old by the 14th December 2013 to be eligible to swim Entry is open to all Swimming Queensland Competitive registered swimmers. Nominations are accepted on the understanding that the nominating club has the responsibility to ensure that all competitors are registered with SQ, date of birth is correct and times entered are current. Swimming Australia (SAL) & Swimming Queensland (SQ) rules will apply. One start rule will apply. Feet first entry must be used for backstroke events. Swimming Australia SWD rules will apply for all Multi-Class events. Semi-automatic timing system will be used; (3) Timekeepers per lane are required. Clubs nominate on the condition that they supply timekeepers as requested on the day. Details of lane allocation(s) will be sent to all Race Secretaries. An Athlete Roster and Timeline will be sent to all Race Secretaries by Tuesday 19th November 2013, please check this report for accuracy at this time and contact the Race Secretary of any errors ASAP. Heats only will be swum in each event. Heats and events may be combined on the day with the approval of the Meet Director. Results will be available via Meet Mobile and displayed during the session. Gold, Silver and Bronze Medals will be awarded to the three fastest swimmers in the following age groups for all 50m and 100m events only: 8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15yrs & Over. Medals will be awarded to the three fastest official times swum in the 200m, 400m, 800m & 1500m Events. Medals for the Multi-Class events will be determined using the Multi-Class Point Score (MCPS) system. Medals must be collected by the end of the meet medals will not be available nor posted out after the meet. Speedo Merchandise will be available for sale and a Speedo Fitting Service will be provided at both sessions.
