Customers Income
At any level in the Evolv Compensation Plan, an Independent
Distributor is able to purchase Evolv products at wholesale for
personal use and is allowed to retail the product to Retail Customers
and Preferred Customers for a profit. A $12 retail profit is
given on each case purchased by a Preferred Customer or
Retail Customer.

Builder Bonus*
Receive a special bonus when anyone you personally enroll
purchases 8 Cases of Evolv. The person who purchases
the 8 Cases will receive an additional case for free and the

Fast Start Bonus*


Receive a Fast Start Bonus for any orders that are placed by a

Glossary

Active: A distributor is Active if they have accumulated 80 PV4 during the current week and previous three
weeks (the current week refers to the week being paid on). Only Active distributors can receive commis-
sions. Please refer to Personal Volume 4-week rolling period.

Binary Commission: A bonus will be paid on the Binary Cycle Volume (BCV) from downline distributors
(and their customers) based on the Binary Genealogy. The bonus that is paid is a fixed dollar amount per $80
BCV (called a cycle). The amount of the bonus is based on the receiving distributor’s Paid-as title. Please
refer to Binary Cycle Volume

Binary Cycle Volume (BCV): Commissionable Volume (CV) derived from non-Fast Start orders only.
Orders that pay a Fast Start Bonus are not part of BCV.

Customer: A customer is an individual who purchases products for personal use and has not signed an
agreement with the company. Customers are not allowed to sponsor (i.e. have a downline), do not receive
commissions, and are not credited with volume. Customers do not hold positions in a genealogy. They are
considered to be a Level 0 to their sponsor (rather than a Level 1 which a distributor would be considered
to be to their sponsor). There are two types of customers: Retail Customer (purchase a case for $65) and
Preferred Customer (purchase a case for $60). The difference is that the PC is signed up on Autoship.

Downline Volume/4 Week (DV4): The total QV of a distributor and their entire Binary Genealogy, accu-
mulated from the current and previous three weeks (rolling 4-week period). Please note that unlike Binary
Cycle Volume, DV4 does include volume from orders placed by a new distributor that is within their first
four weeks. DV4 follows the Binary Lineage and is used for qualifications of Leader-3 and higher. Where
DV4 is a requirement, the weaker leg must contribute at least 1/3 of the total requirement for the
requirement to be met.

Genealogy
Binary: The Evolv compensation plan is based on two components. First a Binary , two Leg structure, which
means you and everyone else has TWO Legs. When you sponsor new distributors they are placed in one
leg or the other and you choose.
Enrollment: The line of sponsorship that follows the Enroller. The people that you personally enroll are
on your 1st level of the Enrollment Genealogy. Your upline does not place people into your Enrollment
Genealogy. The Enrollment Genealogy is used for the structure requirements in the title qualifications.

Personal Volume – 4 Week Rolling Average (PV4): The total Qualifying Volume (QV) from orders
placed in the current week and the three previous weeks (total of 4 weeks) by a distributor and his personally
enrolled customers (both Retail Customer and Preferred Customer).
