Retail & Preferred

Customers Income
At any level in the Evolv Compensation Plan, an Independent
Distributor is able to purchase Evolv products at wholesale for
personal use and is allowed to retail the product to Retail Customers
and Preferred Customers for a profit. A $12 retail profit is
given on each case purchased by a Preferred Customer or
Retail Customer.
8 Business
Builder Bonus*
Receive a special bonus when anyone you personally enroll
purchases 8 Cases of Evolv. The person who purchases
the 8 Cases will receive an additional case for free and the
sponsor will receive a bonus based on the 8 Case order.

Fast Start Bonus*

Receive a Fast Start Bonus for any orders that are placed by a
personally sponsored Distributor within a new Distributor’s
first 4 weeks, starting the day they join. In addition, you
can also receive Fast Start Bonuses up to two levels in depth

Rank is based on the overall volume generated within your two
business legs over the current week period and the previous
week. Each case of Evolv equals 40PV in volume. You are paid in
Cycles of 80 weakest leg volume (WLV) – meaning that for each
80PV cycle you receive $8 - $10 depending on what your paid
rank is. There is a maximum of a $50,000 per week payout on the

Personal Check
Match Bonus Match Bonus
At the Executive Director level, and above you are eligible to
receive a matched percentage bonus of weekly Binary earnings
on anyone you personally sponsor regardless of their position in
your genealogy. The matched percentage bonus is between 50%
- 100% depending upon your rank level. The percentage match
is based on the first $5,000 in earnings. This bonus is paid
only to those who have received at least $100 in earnings.
Rank Advancement
Bonus
Cash bonuses will be awarded as you achieve different rank
ranks, starting at the Regional Executive level and up.
Executive Check

At the Vice Presidential Director level and above, you are
eligible to receive a matched percentage bonus of weekly Binary

earnings on your enrollment genealogy up to four levels in
depth. The matched percentage bonus is between 25% - 60%
depending upon their generational level and your rank level.
The percentage match is based on the first $5,000 in earnings.
Matching Executive
Director Bonus
Once you have achieved the Executive Director level you will
receive a rank achievement bonus each time someone you have
personally sponsored achieves the Executive Director level. If you
are not yet at the Executive Director level, the bonus will roll up to
the first Executive Director or above in your upline genealogy.

EvolvDNA
Coded Bonus
Once you achieve the Regional Executive level you are eligible
to receive a coded bonus on distributors below you. In simple
terms, every person you sponsor and they sponsor, and so on,
are coded to your ID number. When you reach Regional Executive,
and are paid as a Regional Executive, you will be paid 2% on
all CV that is created by everyone that has been coded to you. At
the Regional Executive level, the System generates a new code
for you and each new person you sponsor and each new person
they sponsor and so on. Each will have a new code attached
to them. At the rank of Executive Director, you unlock another
code bonus and now receive 1% of all CV from everyone with
the new code and 1% from everyone in your original code. Once
again you have a new code that will be attached to anyone you
sponsor and so on.

BENZ and
BENTLEY Bonus
Be paid at the Presidential Director level for 12 consecutive weeks
to qualify for the BENZ Car Program. In addition, you must have one
personally sponsored Executive Director and $175,000 DV4. You will
receive up to an $800/month bonus check for your car payment.
Be paid at the Presidential Director level for 12 consecutive weeks
and have 3 personally sponsored Directors who have qualified for
the BENZ Program to qualify for the BENTLEY Program. You will
receive up to a $2,000/ month bonus check for your car payment.

The next Coded Bonuses are 1% and are unlocked at the

Presidential Director level, the Global Presidential level and the
Visionary Ambassador level.

Glossary

Active: A distributor is Active if they have accumulated 80 PV4 during the current week and previous three
weeks (the current week refers to the week being paid on). Only Active distributors can receive commis-
sions. Please refer to Personal Volume 4-week rolling period.

Binary Commission: A bonus will be paid on the Binary Cycle Volume (BCV) from downline distributors
(and their customers) based on the Binary Genealogy. The bonus that is paid is a fixed dollar amount per $80
BCV (called a cycle). The amount of the bonus is based on the receiving distributor’s Paid-as title. Please
refer to Binary Cycle Volume

Binary Cycle Volume (BCV): Commissionable Volume (CV) derived from non-Fast Start orders only.
Orders that pay a Fast Start Bonus are not part of BCV.

Customer: A customer is an individual who purchases products for personal use and has not signed an
agreement with the company. Customers are not allowed to sponsor (i.e. have a downline), do not receive
commissions, and are not credited with volume. Customers do not hold positions in a genealogy. They are
considered to be a Level 0 to their sponsor (rather than a Level 1 which a distributor would be considered
to be to their sponsor). There are two types of customers: Retail Customer (purchase a case for $65) and
Preferred Customer (purchase a case for $60). The difference is that the PC is signed up on Autoship.

Downline Volume/4 Week (DV4): The total QV of a distributor and their entire Binary Genealogy, accu-
mulated from the current and previous three weeks (rolling 4-week period). Please note that unlike Binary
Cycle Volume, DV4 does include volume from orders placed by a new distributor that is within their first
four weeks. DV4 follows the Binary Lineage and is used for qualifications of Leader-3 and higher. Where
DV4 is a requirement, the weaker leg must contribute at least 1/3 of the total requirement for the
requirement to be met.

Genealogy
Binary: The Evolv compensation plan is based on two components. First a Binary , two Leg structure, which
means you and everyone else has TWO Legs. When you sponsor new distributors they are placed in one
leg or the other and you choose.
Enrollment: The line of sponsorship that follows the Enroller. The people that you personally enroll are
on your 1st level of the Enrollment Genealogy. Your upline does not place people into your Enrollment
Genealogy. The Enrollment Genealogy is used for the structure requirements in the title qualifications.

Personal Volume – 4 Week Rolling Average (PV4): The total Qualifying Volume (QV) from orders
placed in the current week and the three previous weeks (total of 4 weeks) by a distributor and his personally
enrolled customers (both Retail Customer and Preferred Customer).
BENZ and BENTLEY Car Program

You will receive up to an $800 per month bonus check for your
car payment.
How it works
Any Presidential Director or above who is qualified to receive the
Car Award simply needs to purchase or lease a company-approved
car and submit the specified paperwork to EvolvHealth. Once the
paperwork is approved, the Presidential Director begins receiving
the award. (There is no award for any qualifying months that did
not receive final approval from EvolvHealth.)
If the Presidential Director or above fails to qualify at any of the
Car Award levels (after their initial qualifications) but is paid
as a Presidential Director, then they will receive 75% of the
BENZ Program Award. If the Presidential Director or above
fails to qualify at any of the Car Award levels (after their initial
qualifications) but is paid as an Executive Director, then they will
receive 50% of the BENZ Program Award.
If the Presidential Director or above fails to qualify at any of the
Car Award levels (after their initial qualifications) but is paid as
an Executive Director, then they will not receive any Car Award in
that period. If they are paid as an Executive Director or lower for
3 consecutive periods, then they must meet the full qualifications
again before they may receive any Car Award.
