VACATION POLICY

-acation is paid by 0C(.PA$' $A.E1 to reg2lar f2ll3ti4e e4ployees as follows5

,irst year of e4ploy4ent5 0$U.*E&1 wee6 Second thro2gh third year of e4ploy4ent5 0$U.*E&1 wee6s !hird thro2gh tenth year of e4ploy4ent5 0$U.*E&1 wee6s !enth thro2gh twentieth year of e4ploy4ent5 0$U.*E&1 wee6s (ver twenty years of e4ploy4ent5 0$U.*E&1 wee6s
All e4ployees are re72ired to give at least 0$U.*E& .($!)8S1 notice to their s2pervisor of their vacation plans. 'o2 are re72ired to ta6e yo2r vacation within 0$U.*E&1 calendar year after yo2 earn it. 'o2 will not be eligible to receive pay instead of vacation ti4e e9cept with co4pany per4ission or 2pon ter4ination. -acation ti4e+ which is ta6en prior to being earned+ is considered an advance4ent of wages and+ 2pon ter4ination+ will be ded2cted fro4 yo2r paychec6. Any conflict in vacation re72ests will be decided based on e4ployee seniority and co4pany needs. 'o2 will not be entitled to accr2ed vacation d2ring periods when yo2 are on personal leave of absence or if yo2 are s2spended fro4 the co4pany. f a holiday occ2rs d2ring yo2r vacation period yo2 will be granted one additional day of vacation. 0 , '(U A&E S C: %U& $# '(U& -ACA! ($ PE& (% '(U .A' $(! C(U$! !)A! %A' !(/A&%S S C: PA'.1 'o2 42st ta6e vacation in a 4ini424 of 0$U.*E&1 wee6 allot4ents 2nless specifically approved of by yo2r s2pervisor. 'o2 are not eligible for any paid vacation 2ntil yo2 have co4pleted one year of e4ploy4ent with the co4pany. ,or e9a4ple+ if yo2 leave the co4pany after nine 4onths of e4ploy4ent+ yo2 will not be eligible for any vacation pay benefits. After 0$U.*E&1 year of e4ploy4ent+ 0$U.*E&1 wee6s of vacation will accr2e. After the second year of e4ploy4ent and onward+ yo2 will begin accr2ing vacation at s2bse72ent anniversary dates. E4ployees are enco2raged to 2se available paid vacation ti4e for rest+ rela9ation+ and personal p2rs2its. n the event that available vacation is not 2sed by the end of the benefit year+ e4ployees 4ay carry 2n2sed ti4e forward to the ne9t benefit year. f the total a4o2nt of 2n2sed vacation ti4e reaches a ;cap< e72al to 0-ACA! ($ A.(U$!1+ f2rther vacation accr2al will stop. /hen the e4ployee 2ses paid vacation ti4e+ and brings the available a4o2nt below the cap+ vacation accr2al will begin again 2p to the cap li4it. E4ployees will be paid for 2n2sed vacation ti4e that has been accr2ed thro2gh the last day of wor6 2pon ter4ination of e4ploy4ent.
