This indenture made this Third (3rd) day of May, 2013 between Mohammad Ria !"o Mohammad #ari$ %ha$ (here-in-after called the borrower of the one part and the Dir&'(or, NCE i$ G&o)o*y, +$i,&r!i(y o- .&!ha/ar of the other part, whereas the borrower has applied for and has been granted and advance of r01&&! 1,20,0000"- to purchaser a Motor Car vehicle on the terms of paragraph 2 or 2!2 of the general financial rules of the "ederal #overnment (hereinafter referred to as the said rules which e$pression shall include any amendment thereof or addition thereto for the time being in force% and whereas one of the condition upon which the said advance has been granted to the borrower is that borrower will hypothecate the said Motor Car vehicle to the &irector, 'C(# as security for the amount lent to the borrower and whereas the borrower has purchased with or partly with the amount so advance as aforesaid the motor vehicle particulars whereof are set out in the schedule hereunder written)

'ow this indenture witnessed that in pursuance of the said agreement and for the consideration aforesaid the borrower doth hereby covenant to pay to the &irector, 'C(# the sum of R! 1,20,000*- aforesaid or the balance thereof remaining unpaid at the date of these presents by e+ual payments of R! 1,20,000"- each on the first day of every month and will pay interest on the sum for time being remaining due and owing calculated according to the said rules, and the borrower doth agree that such payments may be recovered by monthly deductions from his salary in the manner provided by the said rules, and further pursuance of the said agreement the borrower doth hereby assign and transfer (contd) -)2%

unto the &irector, 'C(# the Motor Car vehicle the particulars whereof are set out in the schedule hereunto writ by way of security for the said advance and interest thereon as re+uired by the said rules, and the borrower do hereby agree and declare that he has paid in full the purchase price of the said motor vehicle and that the same is his absolute property, and that he has not pledged and so long as any money remain payable to the &irector, 'C(# in respect of the paid advance will not sell, pledge or part with the property in or possession of the said Motor Car vehicle provided, and it is hereby agreed and declared that if any of the said installments of principal or interest shall not be paid or recovered in manner aforesaid within ten day after the same are due or if the borrower shall die or at any time cease to be in government service or the borrower shall sell or pledge or part with the property in or procession of the said ma.e any composition or arrangement with his creditor or if any person shall ta.e proceeding in e$ecution of any decree or /udgment against the borrower the whole of the said principal sum which shall then be remaining due and unpaid together with interest thereon calculated as aforesaid shall forthwith become payable, and it is hereby agreed and declared that the &irector, 'C(# may on the happening of any of the events hereinbefore mentioned sei0e and ta.e passion of said motor vehicle and either remain possession thereof without removing of the same or also may remove and sell the said motor vehicle and either by public auction or advance there remaining unpaid and any interest due thereon calculated as aforesaid and all costs, charge e$penses and payment property incurred or made in maintaining distending or reassuring his agent and shall pay over the surplus in any to the borrower, his e$ecutor administrators or personal representatives, (contd) -)1%
