chance to mee~·tJBL while Dyson was in Yemen. SA has not asked Dyson about
the party f~~.thehijac.~ersorganized by Bayoumi.

SAl Idescribe~/byson as a confused individual who does not know where he stands
with respect to hisreligious beliefs, such as whether religion is a higher authority than
government. Fqi example, Dyson has made extremist statements in the past and then
later apologiz ,d for them.
