Meal quality and service have declined significantly in the last several months. We hear excuses like "one cook didn't show up today". Long waits, food sent back to the kitchen, cold entrees all have come too common. This restaurant used to be a favorite of so many of us in the community, but it no longer occupies that position of honor. Webmaster, please pass this onto senior management "Why are the breakfast potatoes are never fully browned" ? Neither home fries or hash browns . The color is never brown ... It is even in the name ! HASH BROWNS !! A long time ago I started asking for them to be well done , and sometimes they still come out WHITE . I have noticed a pattern here . Please teach your cooks to finish breakfast potatoes !!

I particularily like the cheddar potatoe soup. I love Bob Evans mashed potatoes and used them to make these fun Potato Fitters for Super Bowl Sunday.

We really enjoy your soups. They are all good. So what's up with Walmart not carrying Bob's sausages any more? I can't find the sausages in Publix or Sweetbay either. We like the links. At first we found the rolls and finally found link at Walmart but none of the stores seem to carry the brand any more.

Do you still have a hardship fund for employees? r assit manger at#17 lost everything in a house fire and has 5 kids just thought I'd check thanks Will never come back here. Terrible service order food for 5 people then bring food for 4 and say the 1 dish is sold out. Your assistant manager David is rubbish. Couldn't see no fault and didn't seem to care. Good food. Waitresses could be friendlier, though The soups are great for this time when it is cold outside to be warm inside

Why has the once beautiful, giant American Flag @ the Bob Evans in Weirton West Virginia been allowed to fly in tatters and at half-mast for over a month, at least. Everytime I drive by it BUMS ME OUT!!

Conclusion: Bob Evans Restaurant is one of the Restaurant that located in several states in America, unfortunately from research that I have done from its page in Facebook, Bob Evans Restaurant seem doesnt get good attention from his customers although th ere are several positive testimony from a few customers, there are so many negative testimony from the customers mostly because inexperience staffs and how long they must wait for the food to served, on the other hand in its twitter account by the way Bob Evans Restaurant doesnt have twitter account and its shifted to the Bob Evans Farm the corporation that own the restaurant, there are very rare negative comments mostly positive or unidentified comments, its maybe because the twitter account is not just for the restaurant but also for producer and distributor of pork sausage and a variety of convenience food items that also owned by Bob Evans Corporation so the comments must be mixed.
