Measuring of VSWR, RL & DTF through Anritsu & spectrum analyzer, and Sweep Testing of Antenna / feeder and power tests of BTS. and mechanical tilt. Conducting Acceptance test Using Power meter & Site Masters, BTS Alarm cable Patching. Working on Huawei RTN 950, 980 microwave equipment. Commissioning and configuration of the Microwave Links RTN. Responsible for installation, commissioning and alignment of NEC microwave antenna (0.3, 0.6, 0.9, 1.2 &1.8m)Paso link ,Neo,(1+0,1+1 HS/SD,F/D ) (8E1,16E1,48E1,96E1,STM-1) PDH & SDH. Responsible for up gradation of PDH links of existing sites for increased E1 capacity. Upgrade Radio links from 1+0 to 1+1 Hot / Standby. Microwave commissioning through PNMT Software of NEC. MW LOS Team Lead:

Conduct 2500 Microwave PTP Links survey & TSSR for Ufone Pakistan, Warid telecom, NEC, Huawei, WITribe. QUBEE Broadband, Telenor, and Ericsson Pakistan.(South Region) TSSR,LOS Survey, Planning, USF MOUZAS Project with Telenor Pakistan (Thar Parker region Sindh) 3G RAN TSSR, MW LOS TSSR, (ZTE Swap with Telenor Vega project) Karachi, Quetta, Sukkur Region. Manage Transmission Engineers of LOS Team LOS Survey for new site (Access and Backbone) proposed optimal Antenna Heights. Repeater Planned for Critical Survey. Checking for obstacle details that may obstruct the transmission path of MW link as planned. On field obstacle heights collection of transmission path of PTP MW link. Path Profile generation and verification for the PTP Microwave links using Path loss 4.0. Proposing the optimum height of antenna keeping in view the height of obstacles and clearance. Proposed of Antenna heights and Orientation according to clutter. Generation and Submission of LOS survey reports. Provide solutions for service affected links.

04days training on structure & installation of ZTE BTS ZXSDR, held by ZTE. 04 days training on installation, testing & commissioning of NEC MW radio system, held by ZTE, UET LAHORE, Pakistan. 2 day training on HSSE, supervisory management, human resource, Human Safety. 01 Day 3G, BTS3900 WCDMA , QA Training, Network Safety Training, held by HUAWEI Technologies at Karachi .
