END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT PRIVACY POLICY IMPORTANT--READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a le gal contract between

you (either an individual or a business entity) and Stardoc k Software, Inc. ("Stardock"), a subsidiary of Stardock Corporation, for the sof tware product(s), which includes computer software (in object code format only) and, as applicable, associated media, printed materials, and "online" or electro nic documentation (collectively hereinafter "Software"). BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING THE SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND B Y THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS O F LIABILITY AND TERMINATION PROVISIONS BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS O F THIS AGREEMENT, DO NOT INSTALL OR USE THE SOFTWARE, AND EXIT NOW. LICENSE TERMS Following acceptance of this Agreement, you may install and use one (1) register ed copy of the Software, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this A greement. Use on a Personal Computer. 1. You may: 1. Install and use one (1) copy of the Software on a single computer. 2. Install the Software on another computer only if you change your main worksta tion. In such a case you must uninstall the Software from the previous computer. 3. Use the Software via a network, only if you have purchased an adequate number of licenses. The number of users must not exceed the number of licenses you hav e purchased. The trial or free versions of the Software is licensed to be used o n one (1) computer. The paid version of the Software may be used on one (1) comp uter. 4. Make a single backup copy of the Software for archival purposes only. 2. You may not: 1. Install the Software on a computer used for commercial, corporate, educationa l or other non-personal use without first purchasing a license from Stardock. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the Software or any portio n of it, or make any attempt to bypass, unlock, or disable any digital rights ma nagement, protective or initialization system on the Software. 6. Copy any documentation accompanying, included within, or which is a part of t he Software. 7. Upload or transmit the Software, or any portion thereof, to any electronic bu lletin board, network, or other type of multi-use computer or online system rega rdless of purpose. 8. Include the Software in any commercial products intended for manufacture, dis tribution, or sale. OTHER LIMITATIONS Stardock and/or its agents may provide you with technical support services relat ed to the Software ("Support Services"). Use of Support Services is governed by Stardock policies and programs described in the user manual, in "online" documen tation, and/or in other Stardock- provided materials. With respect to technical information you provide to Stardock or its agents as part of the registration of your license to the Software or in connection with the Support Services, Stardo ck and its agents may use such information for its business purposes, including,

without limitation, for product support and development. Without prejudice to any other rights, Stardock may terminate Support Services i f you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement or if you v iolate any of the Terms of Service for Stardock s Online Community or for the Star dock Store. PROPRIETARY RIGHTS Copyright.All title, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including, without limitation, any images, photographs, animation s, video, audio, music, text, and applets incorporated into the Software), the a ccompanying media and printed materials, and any copies of the Software are owne d by Stardock or its licensors. The Software is protected by U.S. and internatio nal copyright laws and treaties. Therefore, you must treat the Software like any other copyrighted material, subject to the provisions of this Agreement. U.S. Government Restricted Rights.The Software and documentation are provided wit h RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government is subjec t to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Techn ical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c )(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software -- Restricted Rights at 48 C.F. Submissions.Should you decide to transmit to Stardock s website by any means or by any media any materials or other information "Content" (including, without limit ation, ideas, concepts or techniques for new or improved services and products), whether as information, feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions or the like, you agree such submissions are unrestricted and shall be deemed non-confi dential and you automatically grant Stardock and its assigns a nonexclusive, roy alty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable license, with the right to sublicen se, to use, copy, transmit, distribute, create derivative works of, display and perform the same.
